Morning Fit Ladies -

This morning I did Seasun's Straight Up Step (about 45 minutes). I overslept a bit so I was a little late getting started. I also had a hard time today with keeping my intensity up. My body is feeling sore and tired. I feel a rest day coming up in the near future. Actually, I'm planning on resting Saturday since I will not be in my normal routine. My DH has inventory at work and he'll work all day Sat...and I usually go Christmas shopping and put a major dent in the shopping. Between that and my E-bay business, I'll be too busy to workout.

I acutall managed to stay awake for GH last night. Laura comes back today. My DH tells me she's only coming back for a short period. I guess he read an article in USA today. She's coming back cuz it's the show's 40th anniversary.

Charlotte - I only got one of my Trick or Treat Inquisitions last night. I should have 1 or 2 more tonight. I got a Treat Tee (xtra large to wear as a night shirt) and Treat 2. It smells really good. I'm wearing it now. It actually wears very nice and I like it a lot. So what's the going rate on E-bay for imps of the T&T's??

Have great workouts everyone. Maybe our Cathe DVDs will ship today *fingers crossed*.

Today I have High Step Challenge.

Last night in class we worked hard. We have been doing planks most every time and BOY can I tell the difference. I am on my toes for at least 16 slow counts-twice!! I could never do those before at all and now I can crank em' out, I love those!!!

Nothing too exciting going on, November is BUSY-BUSY month so I'm getting geared up for that.

Good Morning Superhero Maniacs and Bionics alike.....

Yesterday I worked my legs. No doms yet...I am too mosty even though I get toasty. lol. Today I will work upperbody...back to pyramid. Modify if I need to for arm, which by the way is feeling sooooo much better again so I don't want to blow it and curl 90# today and be back to crippled woman again.

This morning I did Cardio Coach #1. Thats hard to do when your calves are a ball of tight muscles. Damn, I can't believe how sore my calves are still. Anyways, CC #1 is 35 minutes and then I stayed on my treadmill until I reached an hour. Did GS Legs stretch. I went 2.32 miles, worked out for one hr. 7 mins., was in my zone for 47 min. and burned 321 calories.

Lora - I'm bummed to hear that about Laura, I was really hoping she'd stay on. How stupid. Great workout.

Good Morning,
I have a busy day of running around today. My workout plan is treadmill, abs and stretching. I got up at 6:20. A little later than I wanted, got banana bread in the oven for family later and am about to go do my workout before I pick up DH from the airport. I will be back later.

Lora, maybe Barry's Bootcamp is making you sore. I need to do Straight up Step this week. Maybe tomorrow or Saturday.

Charlotte, hope the Pyramids go well with no problems!

Debbie, enjoy the cardio coach. I thought of doing one but I kind of wanted to watch a dvd and can't do both at the same time:)

Lora- I saw that yesterday that she won't be on very long. How are they going to do that?

Marcia- sounds like you have a really smokin' class! Great job!

Charlotte- don't push that arm too hard. But have a great WO too, just don't let the cape get snagged on anything!

Forgot to mention yesterday, had to stop at a store with the kids, and was walking past those store front windows, and noticed my butt was getting a little roundness to it! (The good round). I have forever been plagued with the flat Goyer butt, but all this work is paying off. Makes me want to work my butt more often!

Ok, storm is here and on a roll already this morning.
I slept 12 hrs last night. Guess i needed it.
Antibiotics kickin in.. Feel better this am.

I am planning on my slow and heavy again tonite as was yesterday.
We have a pretty buisy day at work here, but should be out by 6 .

So, what are our supehero workouts today.
I plan on taking more breaks so i don't overheat(as per Dr.'s orders) and go really heavy as i possibly can.

Who just said Christmas Shopping????

Hey Caped Maniacs!

Today is Legs and Back and Abs and some form of Cardio. It's cold here, so I'll stick to another indoor cardio. My poor dog, she's climbing the walls! I just hate going out in the cold.

Lora, What a disappointment about Laura only coming back for a short time. Maybe she dies. Or has she died before? LOL!

Marcia, High Step Challenge is a good one!

Bionic Char, DO NOT curl 90#'s today! The idea here, is to keep the muscles connected to the bone! No ripping or tearing or dislocating!

Debbie, good job working those tight calves with CC!

Diane Sue, I skipped the yoga belly 7 because I was a little sore in the core for some reason. Felt weak. I do like it though. I love the leg twist things. It's a good idea to skip the balance poses if you need to shorten the workout.

Meg, cracking me up about the flat goyer butt plague! I luckily am not plagued with that either. Way to go on the butt progress!

Randi, have fun doing KPC and KM drills, that otta hurt ya!

Anne, you needed that sleep! Chrismas is just around the corner, isn't it. Shopping is calling you!

Well, thanks Dallys. BTW Goyer is my maiden name since I didn't mention that. It actually is the Murphy butt too, from mom's side. I get it from both sides! Guess it is a good thing I am part super hero.

I just completed ME upper and abs. I LOVE that work out. Makes me feel worked from every muscle. Didn't do legs though. I hope to do cardio later.

Don't worry Storm, soon enough you will e back to it.

Need help from the computer savvy peeps. My Avatar on another site is messed up and I need to put a new one up. Anyone want to try to help me make an avatar from a picture from a website? I was thinking I'd make a Buckcherry one since I can't find the one I have up now (Anthony Keidis). Please PM me if you think you can help. I tend to be slow following computer directions ........so need someone with patience! LOL! I guess I'll get no PM's!!! LOL! What maniac has patience?

DH flight is delayed due to snow. I have to run and pick up the grandchildren in a few minutes. This morning I did 5 miles on the treadmill, Amy Bento Abs#1, Core Max tough core, both adding extra resistance (45# barbell for rollouts instead of ball, dumbbells on crunches, and I wore my shoe weights) 2 sets each 15 reps barbell rollouts on toes 45#, hanging knee raises 12#, Yoga Shatki basic flow omitting the surya meditation at the start and the shavasana on the end. I am not very good at relaxing. Can you tell?

Meahgan, good for you and your Butt work!!

Dallys, yes with those leg twists you really can feel your core tighten up to hold the legs in that position. I see why you didn't do them.

Anne, I think I posted kind of late last night. Either that or I was sleeping and dreamed I did. Funny on Mr Bill and the 200 posts. LOL

Hi again! I just finished Legs and back. For Back, I did Pull-ups of 8 chins, 2 wides (barely), and 5/1/2 close grips. Did all my pull-downs with 90lbs. chins 12, wides 8, close grip 10. Then they do a switch grip and I do 10 pull-ups with a band assist and 8 90lb. pulldowns. Legs were to varied to decribe.:) I then took the dog on a 3 1/2 mile walk for 45 min. She was estatic!! I had my gloves and ear muffs on and listened to Fiona Apple on the Ipod. It's 36 degrees here today. I'll do abs tomorrow, didn't have time today.

Lora, I'll I know is that you right click on the picture. Click properties, copy the URL address, then paste that in. If that doesn't work, put in [ img ] your pictures URL address [ /img ] Maybe that will work? I'm no expert, I can tell you that. Bill, could probably help.
