30 minutes on the treadmill - 3.8mph, 5 min 0-incline w/1 minutes 10-incline intervals.
One of the trainers at Fitworks suggested this to me. Holy Moly that little 60-second high incline interval is brutal
Debbie: to answer your question, no not yet. I will let you know how much I like it when I do use one of the CD's (the 30 minute one first, of course) I need to get a portable CD player first. Bills have to be paid, ugh!
Lora, I am aware that Kundalani yoga is different. I was reading about it on this website http://www.kundaliniyoga.org/index.html
The thing is I get a sore neck and shoulders. I also get headaches that start at upper part of my neck and the base of my head. I sometimes wake up with them. I would like to find some way to relieve it other than medication. I do think some of it sounds odd, but then I think quite a bit of it seems odd, but it works. Sometimes I laugh at myself but I still do it. Most of the time I skip savasana but mostly because when I do it I tend to fall asleep or I am just so wired I have to get up and get moving. Which probably means I should go ahead and do it. Yes, I would like to know your thoughts on the yoga dvd's you have. As far as the MEF rotation I think you should do the one that you did first then next week shift it where you do the second one first, then the other, and back again. Then over a 2 week period you will have worked it evenly. I hope I am making sense. I am babbling here. It has been a long day, I have had a headache for 2 days now and lost my wallet off of my car. SOmeone called dh and returned it, but I guess all my money and library card blew away At least I have my license and credit cards.
Anne, endamame is soy beans. The little green ones you see in Macdonalds aisian chicken salad. I think Tracey said around the 6th that she thought we should have the new dvd's in our hands by halloween.
