Good evening, I did the BodyMax cardio blst premix omitting the str, then I did Step Blast challenge, I followed this with the Butts & Guts overall legs premix and finished with a pair of 35# dumbbells for 2 sets of 25 reps calf raises. On that lower body work I wore 5# throughout the floor work and ball work including the glute squeezes. I also used a 15# dumbbell on the glute raises. I held 2 10# dumbbells on those lunge/squat combos that Cathe uses nothing.

Meaghan, great workout. I don't know about ankle weights on kick boxing. I have used my 1# shoe weights on the leg work on Kick Max.

Lora, I hope something came along to cheer you up.

Charlotte, you should try the double upper body premix on Body Max. Now if you up the weights and do that one it really gets in there good. That stuffed shrimp recipe looks good.

Suz, I quite often will type all of this stuff on personals and just lose it all. Then it becoems the condensed version when I do it over.
