Morning Maniacs -

This morning I did Turbo Jam Cardio Party Remix Live and repeated the Turbo's twice and then did Kimberly Spreen's Combat Blast from Progressive Strength with the weighted bar. Workout was 58" and I burned 464 calories. Didn't really like the 2nd part of my workout, as my HR plunged and the cardio wasn't really much of a "blast". The first part was fun though.

Lisa - The AOS DVDs are around 50-60" long without a cooldown or stretch. Providence is 50 and I think the other 2 are 60". They all have a good warmup but no cool down or stretch. The music is decent on them also and I like that they are done in an outdoor setting. If you got one, would you be able to do it at the gym?

I was going to do another iTread workout but the one I chose was endurance and I just wasn't up to it this morning. In fact, I almost went back to bed. But I ended up doing Cardio Coach #1 and then challenge #1 from Cardio Coach #2 Revised. Ended up having
a great workout.

I am still thinking Villianess has the best soaps around after getting my new shipment of soaps from another. I just got C&S so Sugar Moon and Glowing Vulva are coming soon. Nice workout, girl!
I got my new perfumes from love potion and dh likes these kind better and I think it is because the vanilla note is much more prominent in these. I am wearing Nasty Habits today.

Char - Nice workout yesterday! Your bicep strength just blows me away! You are an animal!!! I can't believe that about Patrick Swayze. That breaks my heart. I watched "The Outsiders" last night and he is so young in that movie. What a shame.
 
Hey,
Did 6 mile run outside today. It's GORGEOUS out so I took advantage. Little guy was home with his dad as he didn't have to go to work until 10:30. I had a "runner's high" today and could've done 7-8 miles but ran out of time. Bleh. I love alone time. LOL

Lora- DAMN! That's a long assed workout with KB! I don't even do KB for that long. About 40 min is enough. I'd be able to do it in the gym if I write down what to do, etc. That Anthony guy is pretty dang strong.

Debbie- I have a question and I'm in no way trying to offend you or insult you because I do the same thing.... Do you have a cheat day or a cheat meal on weekends? I'm asking because you eat strictly as well as I but I have a cheat meal on friday and saturday nights. I'd love a cheat day but it makes me sick the next day. I know you cheated a bit around the holidays but I'm curious. I admire you for being strict everyday though! :)

Linda- Did you get my PM? Also, since you're a vegetarian, do you eat dairy at all and what do you eat for dessert if you have a sweet tooth? I'm just looking for ideas for snacks.

Char- Do you still do 200 walking lunges outside any more? LOL- that's real funny about the guy being so close to you with a dopey grin. You're a hottie....Gotta show off, ya know?? :) Let me know how glowing vulva smells. I might get that one just to get people to look at me strangely after I say the name. LOL

Lisa - My entire Saturday, except for my before and after workout meals, are cheats. One big day of junk food. And then I pay for it on Sunday's!

M3: Chicken Stacks; 2 tbsp. walnuts
M4: Vanilla Pro Pudding w/ 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
M5: 1 whole egg, 3 egg whites; salad w/light Honey mustard dressing
M6: Protein pancake w/ 2 tbsp. power pb

173 g. carbs - 40%

Carbs were a bit too high today. The Muesli really tips the scale but it is SO GOOD!!!
 
Hey Ladies,

I am finally here! What a day! First off I did CC #4 on legs that felt like absolute lead. I kid you not, they are tired. I almost got off the treadmill and said the h*@& with it. But I stuck with it anyway, couldn't manage the speeds I normally do and worked my a$$ off. Workout was 47 minutes, traveled 3.85 miles, average HR was 158 and the treadmill claims I burned 648 calories (don't know if I did, but sure felt like it). And lucky me Bulgarian Split Squats are on the schedule for tomorrow! (insert huge GROAN here)

Okay so that was the first hour of my day. Took DS to doctor because had a cough for a week that is not getting any better with an intermittent fever. Turn out the poor kids has pneumonia! He also developed diarrhea today and had two accidents while we were out. What a mess! So, I am finally home with a sick boy, and DS is starting to get sick and a ton of groceries to put away and a house that looks like a tornado went through it.


Lisa - have not got your PM, but will be sure to check it out. Yes I do eat dairy. For me my favorite treat is chocolate, so I will usually go for really dark chocolate 88% candy bars, the BSN chocolate fudge pudding protein powder, and sometimes I'll make my own pudding with tofu. My problem is I have to be careful because I don't know when to stop. I also like stevia in my drinks and I have found a store that sells it in flavors, so will add a little of that to skim milk or soy milk and that usually does the trick.

Char - Debbie's right, that is some unbelievable bicep strength.

Debbie - Nice job on the CC.


Lora - Great workout! How many dvd's do you own?

Thanks for that comment! I need to focus on improving my shoulder strength more now. I do feel some DOMS in there from the shoulder work yesterday. I also need to get me some new music BAADDD!!!!! I need to order some cd's online. Got some ideas????

Nice workout burning that many cals! I feel for ya tomorrow though. You better stretch them legs out, girl! Sorry to hear of the sickness. My downstairs looks nasty from doggy drool and when "someone" let the dogs in while it was raining out so I got paw prints everywhere.

No, don't do the lunges outside anymore. I got a big basement now so I got some privacy. Love that much better. I actually don't like anyone seeing me while I workout and got curtains on the basement windows. lol And that guy at the vets office was icky anyways. lol. Didn't get my perfumes yet so probably tomorrow or Saturday, but will let you know how the vulva smells. LMAO!
 
Hey Maniacs! I've been working extra hours because we are going on vacation tomorrow. That's why I haven't had much time to check in this week.:( Looks like you are all hanging in there and working out as hard as usual. Hopefully I'll have more time to check in when I get back. We are going to California again and taking our bikes. Should be fun!:)

Hi Everyone,

I'm here and getting ready to do my w/o. I've been doing the same rotation, have't give up and don't plan too! I've been working alot and when I get home and workout it's late to post and I've not been able to do so from work.

I'll post in the morning what I did. I did the superset w/o on Tuesday I think that's the one I didn't get to post, but I did do it!!!

Dally's have a great time in Cali!!! Take a lot of pics, I'm sure it will be beautiful!
