Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Thurs July 9

Patti - Don't know if you are still around tonight, bt had one other question - On the exercises using the plates where you pick up and put down the weight, does each time you stand up with or without the weight, count as a rep ?
 
Linda: Yes, each time you come up either with or without the weight, is a rep. I think you end up doing 15 or 16, somehow at the last rep the weights are in your hands again as you come up. I can't imagine doing 32 of those on each side. Eeek. And yeah, I put those counts in there b/c I know you wouldn't want to miss out. :eek:
 
Just finished tonight's workout. I did Gym Style Legs warm up, squats, calves, then floorwork, and then Body Max II shoulders, bis, and tris.
