Decline pullovers: 42# - 4 sets/12 reps (last week did 12/12/12/10)
Kelso Shrugs: 55# - 4 sets/15 reps -

***I like these, I needed something other then pullovers for the second exercise. These worked well.
Legs
Leg Extensions: 65# - 4 sets/20 reps - (up 5#)
Hamstring Curls: 45# - 3 sets/20 reps
Biceps
Concentration Curls: 27# - 3 sets/12 reps (last week did 12/12/10)
Incline Dumbbell Curls: 17's - 3 sets/15 reps (These burn so bad!)
***Wrists hurt again doing concentration curls but not as bad. Seems to be getting better.

Lora - I tried downloading Dig but it didn't work. I'll try it again. Sometimes with the site I use for downloads certain songs don't download until they are out for a while. Not sure why. I'll check out the other song as well! Thanks!
