It has been a busy day and I need to clean house. Today I started my workout with Seasun's BOSU blast stopping at the core, then I did SJP step only, I followed with Gym Style Chest and Triceps, and finished with Yoga Shatki shoulder openers and supine poses. I had to go do some grocery shopping and run a couple of other errands. I needed some salad bad.
All pushups on toes

barbell close grip bench press 45# 2 sets

band crossbody extensions black theraband(same as purple dynaband)
dumbbell kickbacks 15# dumbbell 2 sets
band kickbacks black theraband
Charlotte, that sounds positive for your fil. I hope it works for him. Your quads are looking good. Got some definition going there. You got good results last time you did P90X. I bet it gets even better by the time you are done this time
