Morning Maniacs -
This morning I did Spinervals Lean and Mean interval workout. Workout was 60" long and I burned 400 calories. I also did Perfect in 10 Yoga - Relax and Let Go segment 10".
I don't know what I should do about a rotation due to my foot. I was planning on starting back on my Jillian book circuit next week...but they have cardio moves in the them. Afterburn doesn't have cardio moves in the weighted circuits......but I don't like leaving my Jillian circuits left unfinished. Ugh....what's a girl to do? I also don't really want to start Afterburn only being able to use one piece of cardio equipment, as the program suggests for each HIIT session, you use a different piece of cardio equipment.
I've got to eat breakfast and get ready to go to the grocery store.

Suz - I just read your post about inhalers from last night. I feel for you.......and it really makes me wonder if they contribute to my migraines. I can't imagine having to test a ton of stuff to find something to work though. It sounds time consuming and frustrating. I hope your doctor is good and can get something worked out for you....cuz I agree that controlling your asthma is important. I'm having a hard time getting the stuff the doctor told me about my foot to sink into my thick skull, especially since I never even had a cast/bootie the last time I had a stress fracture and I remember doing Cathe step aerobics a few weeks after the fracture occurred. I did modify a lot on the Rebounder....but still! I can't decide what I should do as far as a rotation due to this foot! (and I certainly don't want to have a bone taken from my hip and put into my foot either!)
Tosty - Congrats on the job offer promotion. I wish I could just get 1 single job offer! I'm way too excited waiting for the update. I love the Halloween Limiteds.
