Today was my first day of Body Beast rotation. I am doubling up a couple of days this week because I will be out of town two days again. I liked it. I think I could have gone heavier but was'n sure what I was in for. Today I did block 1 build chest and triceps 49 min and then I did legs 38 min.. Total time spent was 87 min and calories burned 406.

Debbie, I can do the crane. I can't remember how long Tony has you hold it in P90X. He uses it in P90X2 twice and it seems like he holds it a long time

It makes my wrists hurt but I can do it. In P90X2 those vinyasa's push ups etc do not go on forever!
