Just got up a half hour ago. Concert was good last night. I'm going to try to do a little Spinning and short yoga. I hope my legs are up for the Spinning after all of those squats and plies yesterday. Be back later.
 
I had a lousy workout. The bike is broken and is stuck on a higher resistance. I couldn't do high cadence, low resistance spins and had to get off the bike periodically to get my HR down for the intervals. I did Spinervals Lean and Mean. Workout was 59" and I burned 564 calories. I also did Yoga Fit for Cyclists 35".

Good Morning Maniacs!!!

Very sore this morning. What I did yesterday (I was rushed as I ran out of time because I had to go to work so my rest was 30 secs instead of the usual 2 mins between sets except for the bulgarian squats..which was 2 mins):

Legs:

Deadlifts with 120# 3 sets/8 (my forearms are sore as well as my upperback and I am walking around like I got off a horse..I still have to go to work today for 6 hours) :p }(

Bulgarian Split Squats with 80# bb 3 sets 12/10/12 (was extremely difficult..won't lie...my heart rate was probably in the 170 range and I almost needed mouth to mouth when I was done)

Leg Presses with 90# 3 sets/8

Plie Squats with 120# 2 sets/8 (ran out of time)

ATG Squats with 80# 3 sets/10

Wanted to do firewalkers..no time so took purple band to work and did them in the ladies room. :p

I was exhausted when I got home so I will work shoulders today, but I feel so damn sore everywhere so I think that is all I will do today and pickup on chest/back tomorrow. ETA: It would be a good day to do yoga and stretch out these sore muscles...hmmmm. I might actually have time today.

I was hoping to just order that Seether cd and have the cd sent to me by mail, etc. I don't want it downloaded on my computer so I guess I have to wait til it comes in stores.
BTW, I wore Midnight Kiss last night for first time. Smells exactly like cherry incense on me. Not bad..I like cherries and incense. lol.
 
Toasty - you're looking at the main page............instead....go to the store and then to music and you can order the plain CD.....as that's what I did! I thought the same thing when I first looked, but you have to go to the store, etc. The CD is for sale right there and they will mail it to you.
 
Well I just did P90X Yoga X. I felt I really needed the stretch, etc. before a longer day at work. I will still work shoulders after lunch.

Boy - it's quiet around here today. I'm in need of rotation ideas.....or I need to decide if I want to do Afterburn, Cindy Whitmarsh book rotations......or wait for Cathe to post the November rotation. What's everyone else doing? Need ideas. I know Toasty seems to be doing P90X and Deb does her own thing. I'll probably do another X rotation when the new additions are released in December.

I've been eating like a little piggie today.....darned PMS!!

Diane Sue - I was viewing the clips of the new Amy's on Collage! I can't wait to get them. Amy seems to be getting better and better. I wonder if they shipped yet.
 
Good evening ladies!

15 minutes cardio on the stepmill I have at home - level 1, about 170 calories.

This is the first time I have worked out on the stepmill (a neighbor gave it to me last summer). It's a very nice one - about 15 years old, Precor ($1500 new). She no longer uses it because she took up running.

It was tough. I will be very happy when I get accustomed to it enough to really burn some cals :)
 
It has been a busy day. We got back from a fall festival with the family awhile ago. I think this next week I will work in the 4 day split but maybe add a few extra sets to some of the body parts and working into 3 days by putting shoulder with another upper day and calves and both ab segments with lower body and longer cardios. Then when I get Amy's and Tracey's I will be going through those.
Todays meals were
breakfast nothing but coffee
lunch 2 oz tuna with liquid smoke mixed in
spinach salad with mandarin oranges drained and rinsed, raw almonds, feta cheese crumbles, fat free mandarin ginger dressing
snack-pumpkin banana flaxseed bread (I made this this afternoon
dinner the chicken curry recipe from Oxygen nutrition issue page 109 :9
at the fall festival I had a few bites of my grandsons popcorn
snack another helping of the chicken curry and a coffee smoothie (no protein powder this time)


Lora, I think Amy was waiting on one dvd to come in so they have not started shipping yet. I am looking forward to these too.

Anne, that total body one was a long one. I bet you feel it:)
