Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Sunday March 16

Morning Maniacs -

This morning I did Spinervals Suffer-O-Rama. Workout was 56" with cooldown and stretch and I burned 522 calories. I also did Classical Stretch Essentrics Lower Body & Abs 30" and Sattva Fitness Yoga 30". I wanted to do a longer yoga today, but I slept too late yet again.

Have great workouts or rest days everyone.

Toasty - got my Sugar Moon. I like it, but I'm selling Hanami and Mort De Cesar....didn't like them. I might give one of my bottles of Sugar Moon to my niece for Easter though since I bought more than 1.

This morning I did KPC. Fighting off cold, but this one is not so bad like the last one I had. Feeling good, throat is alittle sore.

Glad your liking Sugar Moon. I just thought it was o.k. I am getting my lovepotion perfumes Monday. I still think BPAl is the best, but I do like some of the ones love potion has as well. Love Potion Black is one of my favorites...with vanilla, patchouli, dark musk, etc. Dh likes it alot too. Hard to please him with perfume. He only likes about 4 of my perfumes and I have over 100.
 
I did not get a chance to check in yesterday. The only thing I did yesterday was Kelly Coffey's Cardio Kick Step boxing skipping the core work because of time. I then went to help with the remodel at DH work. I came home so sick. Still feeling it today. This is my rest day. Hopefully I get back into my routine tomorrow. It will be week 4 of 4DaySplit and an added Total Body workout at the end of the week. After this I change to Slow and Heavy and Slo Mo alternating weeks.

Lisa- I'm trying to decide what kind of workouts I want to do this week and I'm thinking about doing Cathe's 4D's...premixes. Maybe the Upper and Lower Body premix on 2 weightlifting days and KB's on the third day. Do you think that's enough weight work?
