Morning Maniacs -
This morning I did Jillian's Backside Circuit. I added ankle weights to the ab work and supermans and lifted heavy. I then went and did running intervals on the TM for 15 minutes and did Cathe's LIC stretch. Workout was 1 hour 24 minutes and I burned 450 calories. I then did Power Squeeze for lower body and abs and Yoga Journal for Stress Relief 35".
Suz - that's weird about the albuterol. Maybe he wasn't used to generic? That's the only thing I could think of. I know sometimes generic drugs seem to make me feel weird where the name brand doesn't. I'm glad he was okay. I'm addicted to those sugar free fudge bars from DQ, but yesterday I was naughty and had a hot fudge/caramel sundae (TTOTM). Guilty as charged. After a 62 mile bike ride, you probably could have eaten whatever you wanted and not worried about it.
Have great workouts ladies. I'm off to soak in the tub. We're going to see 1308 later. (I think that's the name of it).
I see there is a Cathe presale on Monday. I wonder how soon before we actually have the workouts?
