Morning Maniacs -

This morning I did Kickbox & Burn with Lynn Hahn. Workout was 60" and I burned 527 calories. My HR stayed around 80-85% of max for this. Was a pretty good kickbox workout, however, the warmup and cooldown were pretty long at 10" each. There was also a short ab segment at the end.

I also did Maui Yoga which was 60" of yoga.

Have great workouts everyone. We're going to see Indiana Jones today. Hope it's good.

Diane Sue - I've been wanting to try that segment from Sharon's Athletic Step Jam with the ball...but haven't had time yet. I won't be letting air out of my ball and my ball is so huge, I don't know if I could even squeeze it between my legs. I'm tall...so my ball is pretty big. It's too much trouble to let air out though. I've often wondered about my HR dropping a bit when I take it....as I know mine falls quite rapidly also. They say that's what happens when you are fit....so I guess we are fit! I'm glad you're enjoying your HRM now. Are you still obsessing about it?
 
Good Morning Ladies
It's June already! I'm so excited I have today and tomorrow off of work. It rarely happens that I have 2 days off of work in a row!
Today is the 3rd week of my endurance rotation. Here is this weeks workouts:
Sun BM2 double upper body premix
Mon KM Low Impact Premix with Leg conditioning drills
Tues B&G Overall Legs premix plus abs
Wed SS and PP upper body only
Thurs Step Blast
Fri Step Jump and Pump
I need more blog updates! I'm getting so anxious!

Good Morning, today is my rest day. No big plans other than to stop at the grocery store:)

Lora, my ball is pretty big and I like it firm so I have to readjust it while doing the lower portion. I still get a good workout in though. The ball section can build up a burn in your arms and shoulders too. I like it because it is different.
