I have been MIA for a couple days.
Work has been insane for a few days. Begining of the month..Checks are out..
Got Amy's new w/o. It will take a while on the step to learn.
I am going to do the weight workout today..Looks good.
Don't know about the 60# sumo squats..The back may not take it..

The stupid uniform const code..I have a call into a commisioner.. She is checking into things for me...
Tanning rooms have to be 7' wide for a wheel chair access..
WTF. How many people in a wheel chair are going to go into a lay down bed..Maybe a stand up..
I am for handi cap accesible, but give me a break here...
Had to add 12 feet to the building which means another at least 12 grand.. or more..
