Finally I am able to check in. I slept in this morning. Did my workout and then DH and I went out to dinner and drove around a rural area. Went to buy headsets for our motorcycle so we can talk to each other while riding

I started with Body Max 2 cardio weight premix(stopped at the abs) then I did the cardio minus w/up and stretch of BM2 timesaver cardio, I followed this with the abs and then Butts and Guts floor work. I wore 5# ankle weights throughout the lower work and used a 20# dumbbell for the glute raises, then I did the stretch and added Rainbeau Mars Dawn yoga Bonus segment. This took me 2 hrs and 18 minutes.
