Morning Maniacs - 
This morning was a semi-rest day. I did 50 minutes of Rebecca Small's Step, Symmetrical Step & Step Revolution segments followed by Yoga For Athletes with Kim Fowler (55") and then Jill Miller's Shoulder Shakti.
At the end of the cardio, I burned 325 calories.
Have great workouts everyone. Off to do my normal Saturday routine. I'm expecting my BPAL order today! I hope it arrives as scheduled.
