Forgot to mention...I got my magic bullet!!! I love it for shakes...I just put the bottom of the bag potato chips in there to make a chicken coating, how cool is that! Can you tell I love kitchen gadgets?
Randi- so cool about that guy! So, does he have potential? Glad you had a good time. I am doing Deb's Endurance Rotation, but just following her basic format of it, and plugging in my choice of WOs. Sounded like a good one to me. i hope I can stick with it and that it works good.

I can't believe how sore I am. I feel like I was hit by a bus. My shoulders, back, hams, hips, thighs, all hurt. I know the lack of sleep last night is a factor too. Hoping for a restful sleep tonight so my body gets some adequet rest so I can rock it tomorrow!
I did both gliding disc workouts. I started with Step & Strength combos with Rob Glick and then I skipped the w/up and did Hi Low cardio & strength intervals with Marcos Prolo. I liked the Hi Low one better than the step & strength. Both have some good core work with the discs. Those push ups were hard because I am still sore from yesterdays P90X chest & back. My triceps were sore this morning too
Lora, I am glad things are going better at work for you. I hope it continues. I think I would just forget having the chocolate there on the desk if I were you. Those guys can go get their own candy.
Anne, yes there is a contingency on our house. We do have someone that is still interested in it. They have looked at it twice.
