Morning Fit Ladies -
Monday already?? What the heck. Where did the weekend go? This morning I did Cathe's Total Body Sculpting (off of Low Impact Step) - the Advanced Premix (can't remember exact name). I added weights to the leg segment and ankle weights to the lying legs, added weight to the ab work and lifted heavier weights then they do (since they use light weights). This was an okay workout. I'll see how I feel tomorrow. I wanted to do something of Cathe's that I haven't done a bunch of times....so that's why I chose this. I listened to my own music cuz the music is not very good in this one since it's not one of her normal advanced workouts. I can't wait for her new stuff...I'm getting very antsy.
