Finished my workout. I did Tracey's Sweatfest KB, then S&H legs stopping at the calves and doing 3 sets standing leg kickbacks with 50# 15 reps, then 310# calves 3 sets 20 reps, went back and did S&H calves, abs was bowflex resisted crunch 60# in each hand 3 sets 20 reps, 85# barbell rollouts on knees 3 sets 10 reps, 25# dumbbell wood chop on ball 3 sets 20 reps, side lying crunch on ball 2 sets 20 reps. I finished with Str Max #1. Tomorrow I need to get up early so I can get in my workout before I have to go to the dentist. I may change up my workout a little tomorrow and use GS Back and Biceps premix. I can sometimes get in heavier weights with this one as it goes back and forth from back to biceps so there are breaks. I need to get done quicker tomorrow. I will do shoulders on Wed but use S&H this week. It is a busy week. We have a company coming to put in a water filter sytem for our house Wednesday. I am tired of buying bottled water and it is terrible for our laundry.
