Morning Ladies -

I'm off to do my Jillian Book Circuit workout and maybe some yoga. Be back in a bit.
 
I ended up doing my Jillian Book Circuit. Added weights for the ab work and ankle weights for the leg scissors. I wore my boot and jumped on the rebounder to modify the cardio segments. I also tacked on Kung Fu Kickboxing Kicker workout (without my boot for part of it, but had to put it on as my foot was getting too much pressure and the DH walked thru the room and yelled at me). Workout was 65" and I burned 411 calories. I then did Perfect in 10 Yoga - Awaken & Energize & Destress & Relax (20") followed by Ravi & Ana's Yoga Quick Fixes - Energy Warmup, On the Spot Addiction Alternative and Asthma Be Gone 30".

Have great workouts everyone. I've got to take to my Mom to the Cataract doctor a little later and sit there for a few hours. She's having preop stuff done for her cataract surgery. I will take my Afterburn/NROL books to read while I sit and wait.

Toasty -I'm so excited that you're going to see Buckcherry. What kind of seats did you get? Is it a big place? I'm really going to miss the days of the small venues and being right up front!! Hopefully, I'll get up front in Vegas since they have a GA section right in front of the stage and I got GA tickets for that reason. It should be about the size of a Hard Rock venue. Re: BPAL - I'm hoping this is the next act of the Carnivale coming!! I really don't have enough money for that, but it will be exciting.
 
This morning is the start of my new 8 week rotation. This one I planned out myself so I hope it works well for me. I'm working 1 body part a week and doing cardio about 2 1/2 hrs. a week. Today was Chest and Tri's:

Chest
1 min. rest
Barbell Press warmup: 85# - 2 sets/10 reps
1:30 min. rest
Barbell Press: 100# - 3 sets/6 reps
Incline Dumbbell Press: 37's - 3 sets/8 reps
Decline Flyes: 30's - 1 sets/10 reps; 35's - 2 sets/10 reps
Weighted Elevated Pushups: 20/20
**Notes: Chest kind of feels like it's in a plateau for some reason. Not sure what I need to do about it?

Triceps
1:30 min. rest
Close Grip Barbell Press: 85# - 3 sets/6 reps
Skull Crushers: 55# - 3 sets/8 reps
Weighted Bench Dips: 35# - 3 sets/10 reps
**Notes: I'm happy to say the CG Press was fairly easy with 85#. The last set I had to force the last rep up. I'm pleased with this progress

When I get done with P90X I might want to follow whatever your doing..like we did before. DAMN..I wish I could press 100#!!!!!!!!!!!! Great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not just with that, you went heavy or heavier with most today!!!!!

Morning ladies. Just getting on the treadmill today.CC# something..

I originally planned MMax yes, but did my own thing.
I did total body. 4 exercises 8-10 reps each body part and 16 rep abs in between each set.Abs are killing me. There are abs under there somewhere... LOL...
I was feeling really strong yesterday and i am paying today..I am cardioing it today and tomorrow and a total body killer on Wed. I will be down for a while again , so have to get the kick butt killer weights in this week..
I did 45# on bicep curls. My heavies ever and my arms are jellooooooo.....I so proud of me.

You got some abs in there. Your body looks tighter everytime I see a new picture of you. I can see my abs from 15 feet away..close up..forget it. Maybe an illusion??? LMAO!
 
Hi Ladies!

This morning I did CC#6 on the elliptical. Great workout! I had to come in to work early to cover the office. The Air Force Thunderbirds have their practice shows today at our campus today. They just finished one and have another this afternoon. A gal in our office coordinates it (in conjunction with the Air Force who obviously runs it) so the other 3 gals are out running around. Don't you just hate when people think they are soooooo important? They all act like they ARE the Thunderbirds. Oh brother! All they do is coordinate the volunteers, direct the traffic, and ride around on their bicycles with walkie talkies. I mean, I know it's a lot of work to put it together on our campus, but don't act like you're so above the rest of us just b/c you're busy. I just hate that attitude. I just never treat people like they are "beneath" me and I hate being treated like that by others. There's a lot of that that goes on around here. A LOT. I really struggle with it.

Whew - got THAT off my chest. :p I made an appointment with my doctor to discuss my stomach issues. And also to talk about a new inhaler my friend's husband is using. He tried mine and it didn't do a thing but his doctor gave him a different one that is working wonders with no other medications. Cool! She could have seen me tomorrow but I can't get out of work until August 13th so that's when I'm going. Heck, I've waiting this long!

Finished my workout. I did Tracey's Sweatfest KB, then S&H legs stopping at the calves and doing 3 sets standing leg kickbacks with 50# 15 reps, then 310# calves 3 sets 20 reps, went back and did S&H calves, abs was bowflex resisted crunch 60# in each hand 3 sets 20 reps, 85# barbell rollouts on knees 3 sets 10 reps, 25# dumbbell wood chop on ball 3 sets 20 reps, side lying crunch on ball 2 sets 20 reps. I finished with Str Max #1. Tomorrow I need to get up early so I can get in my workout before I have to go to the dentist. I may change up my workout a little tomorrow and use GS Back and Biceps premix. I can sometimes get in heavier weights with this one as it goes back and forth from back to biceps so there are breaks. I need to get done quicker tomorrow. I will do shoulders on Wed but use S&H this week. It is a busy week. We have a company coming to put in a water filter sytem for our house Wednesday. I am tired of buying bottled water and it is terrible for our laundry.

Today I did coremax tough core premix all step(no abs) and pure strength shoulders. Also pulled my neck somehow and it hurts:(

Hey everyone. Today I did B&G (standing and abs) and then did UB from BM2. It was a good WO. I liked the abs, thought it would never end. And I am already feeling it in my bis.

Lora, Buckcherry and Hinder are playing here next month! Trying to get tickets. That would be an awesome show.

Meg - Hey girl!! Did you know I'm going to see Buckcherry & Hinder at the Palms Casino in August??? We're going to the Aug 3rd show out there. There's a general admission section, so I'm hoping to get right up front one last time. You should go if you can......Hinder, Buckcherry and Papa Roach.........should rock!! What ya been listening to lately? I just got the new Velvet Revolver and Flyleaf.

Toasty - good luck with the Temple Viper. I'm sure it will go. I'll probably just buy more from the Lab before the Carnivale pulls out of town. I haven't been able to smell for the last 5 days cuz now this cold went into a sinus infection again!! I have no idea what my new oils smell like. This sucks.
