Lora, I keep trying different workouts and following the modifier somewhat. It really is hard to keep the HR up there like it is when you are doing really high intensity stuff. I have high hopes for the new In the Ring one of Amy's. I tried the cardio premix from Sharon Twombly's All Body Attack and used the BOSU. That worked pretty well following the modifcations some. I have found lowering the intensity has not hurt me as far as weight gain. I modify Cathe's 4DSplit HIS a little and can do the double cardio premix which I think works well. Tracey's that I did today is not to bad on the second section.
