Good evening ladies! Went Christmas shopping today. Got about 90% of it done!
CHEST:
Lifecircuit Chest Press: 12x89, 12x82, 12x74
This is a computerized chest press machine. You set the resistance(weight) first with one rep, then once it is established you give it 12 reps. It is interesting ... a new twist on benching.
BB Incline Chest Press: 3x12x45(bar)
I will attempt 55lbs on this one next week.
SHOULDERS:
Trotter Shoulder Press: 3x12x40
I am confident my shoulders are going to respond soon! Positve reinforcement, right?
Nautilus Lateral Raise: 3x12x60
Last 2 sets were alot of rest and pause.
TRICEPS SUPERSET:
W-bar Reverse Tricep Pushdowns: 3x12x30
Trotter Tricep Pushdowns: 3x12x100
I really like the reverse tri pushdowns. I went down in weight (considerably) on the machine pressdowns, because it's supersetted with another tricep movement. Before, it was supersetted with Preachers, which work the biceps.
CARDIO:
Treadmill: 20 minutes, intervals 2:1, 3.6/5mph
More post-workout cardio fun! I was going to do the 1:1 intervals but my energy level is low tonight (because I am getting ready to get back into ketosis)
