Curled 80#bb!!!!! 3sets...5/5/4!!!!!! So happy about this.
Then I curled the 45's 3 sets/5 (heart rate high high high)
Fatigued so did db curls with 30's 3 sets/8

Tri Side Rise 16x's each side
Dips off parallel bars 5/5/5
Lying Tricep Ext 15's 3/8

Also helped unload 1/2 ton of pellet wood into basement as we got our pellet heater installed.

I still have ab work to do and I am fried..fried..fried. Ready to go to sleepy poo

ETA: No, Debbie. Not doing rotation anymore. I really like working each body part more. Never liked total body workouts as much, but I always like the way you add more chest work in your rotations and that has helped me so I am trying to do the same in my workouts, by adding more variety of chest stuff.

Oh yeah..my EATS:

Meal 1: Kelloggs Protein Plus Cereal (been calling this wrong name) lol
Meal 2: Chicken and mashed potatoes (lol)w/salad
Meal 3: Chicken and mashed potatoes AGAIN and protein shake
Meal 4: Chicken yet AGAIN with salad

I thought I was doing good til I get on here and read your post Charlotte! That's awesome maniac!

I did 4DS Bootcamp, and had a hard time keeping up with all of that, but I did it to the end! No weight work, I'm doing that in the morning...I think if I can get up at 4:45 I will do it, if not then I'll do it tomorrow when I get home from work and do it that way. If I stress myself out over when and what time I do my w/o's I'll give up. This is good for me though. I know I've said this before but I may get the nerve up to post a pic or two eventually.

I'm not regretting getting this 4 day split of Cathe's! I'm really loving it, it has a lot of variety!!!

Oh, and here are my eats for the day:

1. Oatmeal
2. PB Crackers
3. Grilled chicken sandwich on wheat bread.
4. One slice of cheese.
5. Grilled chicken sub, no mayo!!!

Water was my dink of the day although I had to flavor it with Crystal Light!

That is great to hear. Glad you are liking the new videos. Now I know what I have to look forward to as I plan on doing the bootie camp Weds. I am doing the leg work from the kickboxing tomorrow.

I think you need to eat more though. One slice of cheese??? Huh????? lol. Eat the whole pack. Just kidding. You'll clog yourself. Not good. hehe

Our power still keeps going out off and on. So far we are lucky. Finally got dinner done. I baked some banana flaxseed bread this afternoon. Kept waiting for the electricity to say on for awhile.
Todays eats so far were:
1Slimfast breakfast/lunch bar If I didn't get these for dh and find out how tiny they are I would not be eating them. Sugar is the first ingredient:O
2Salad with grilled chicken mixed greens and fat free ranch dressing and bbq sauce
3Oxygen clean eating issue Manhattan clam chowder substituting brown rice for the potato
I also had some sugar free hot cocoa mixed with decaf coffee

Suz, that Fox news thing looks like our yard. We have so many trees and the just keep snapping. We definitely have our work cut out for us cleaning this mess up. One of the dogs went out a while ago and did not want to come in. I heard snapping and rustling branches and was worried she was buried. Scared her though and she came running for the door. One tree is hanging over lines in the back. No school today or tomorrow so I am staying home. BTW I do not think two pieces of fudge at work is going to hurt you at all LOL You are to funny.

I heard on the news while watching with dh about where you live. I thought about you during all this. That banana bread sounds good. I might have to make some. Yes, stay inside and make more banana bread and such. lol. So far we have not had anything but RAIN and more RAIN! I am going to have to stare into a light bulb soon before I become depressed. :p

I have been robbing candy canes off the Christmas tree. They are suppose to be for our kids. I also made chocolate chip cookies and ate most of them. I have problems. I think all the rain is getting to me or something. lol

Hey Maniacs! Finished up Shoulders and Arms X. Upped ALL my weights.:) Still can't do upright rows or front raises or hammer curls. Everything else was fine.

Char- Bok...bok..bok LOL! Waytago on the bb curls! Awesome!

Diane Sue- If you have time to post the Banana Flaxseed bread recipe, I'd love to try it. I'm not getting enough flax and have a hard time remembering to eat it. That ice storm looks horrible!

Sandy- Would love to see pics of you.:) Oh, and glad you're dinking your water. ROFL!

Lora- The circuit premixes are like Diane Sue said. Upper and lower on each CD.

Debbie - I know what you mean about the cold in your workout area. I workout in the basement and my house is set at 65 so the basement is about 60.

salad w/ flax seed & quorn meatless chicken, naysoya italian dressing
slice low fat swiss cheese
snack was a few raisens and natural pb
then broccoli and cottage cheese w/ cinnamon & walnuts

Charlotte, you'll love Bootie camp, it's a tough one, Cathe starts the warm-up fast and right into the w/o. I am still feeling it! I know I do need to eat more, but you're right on the cheese! HEHE.
I usually get in more veggies than I did today too.

Dallys, this is the original recipe. I have changed it but it is on my other laptop that went back for warranty work:( I will try to tell you the substitutions I make. Instead of sugar I use either half the sugar or just splenda. 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 cup oat bran, no nuts. Sometimes I sub part of the bananas with pumpkin or no sugar applesauce. Pumpkin has less calories. Cutting the sugar & pecans significantly lower the calories. Wish I had my other laptop here. I change recipes up all of the time and if they turn out well I add them to my mastercook program.

Banana Flax Loaf
Serving Size : 10



Ingredients


4 ripe bananas
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup ground flax
1/3 cup oat bran
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon


Preparation



Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mash bananas and sugar together in medium-sized mixing bowl using a fork or handbeaters. Mix in the milk and vanilla. Add the flour, flax, oat bran, pecans, baking soda and cinnamon and mix until smooth.
Lightly spray a 2-pound non-stick loaf pan with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan and bake until loaf is done - when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45-50 minutes.

Debbie, isn't it less toxic if you take vitamin a in the form of fish oil over the others?? I used to take high doses at one time. Not anymore though. I read a lot and try to keep things in balance myself.

Good evening ladies! Went Christmas shopping today. Got about 90% of it done! :)

CHEST:
Lifecircuit Chest Press: 12x89, 12x82, 12x74
This is a computerized chest press machine. You set the resistance(weight) first with one rep, then once it is established you give it 12 reps. It is interesting ... a new twist on benching.

BB Incline Chest Press: 3x12x45(bar)
I will attempt 55lbs on this one next week.

SHOULDERS:
Trotter Shoulder Press: 3x12x40
I am confident my shoulders are going to respond soon! Positve reinforcement, right?

Nautilus Lateral Raise: 3x12x60
Last 2 sets were alot of rest and pause.

TRICEPS SUPERSET:
W-bar Reverse Tricep Pushdowns: 3x12x30
Trotter Tricep Pushdowns: 3x12x100
I really like the reverse tri pushdowns. I went down in weight (considerably) on the machine pressdowns, because it's supersetted with another tricep movement. Before, it was supersetted with Preachers, which work the biceps.

CARDIO:
Treadmill: 20 minutes, intervals 2:1, 3.6/5mph
More post-workout cardio fun! I was going to do the 1:1 intervals but my energy level is low tonight (because I am getting ready to get back into ketosis)
