I finished my workout finally. I did 2 more miles on the treadmill, Gym Style Back & Biceps I got in some 45# pullovers and 35# one arm rows, and 25# concentration curls I finished off with Amy Bento Stretch#2. Tomorrow I will fit is some kickboxing and abs. I kind of felt like I was a little deficient on legs and glute work this week. I did GS legs Wednesday. The circuits I did had a little bit of legs.

Adri I am so sorry your day did not go well. I was hoping that school and gymnastics would be a fun experience. Computers can be so infuritating
