Got my workout in and did my errands. It took much longer than I expected. I just drank a protein shake after my workout and was so hungry by the time I got home. Today I did Kimberly Spreen's Cardio Camp minus the lower body then did Amy Bento's Kick Box Extreme premix intervals, bonus bag, and core (no w/up or str) I then did Tracey Staehle's Core conditioning(one of my favorites), I followed with Eoin Finn's PYFH Yoga quickie. I made the salad from Oxygen Magazine August issue page 136 for dinner. It is really good. I did change the corn though. I cooked a small ear of corn and cut off the corn. The dressing was good and I hunted down a low sodium salsa to use on it. No optional sour cream.

lora, good for you resisting eating that stuff. I think it is sort of mean for them to try and tempt you with stuff that they know you really want to avoid. That is not supportive. I get teased sometimes(not by dh, he knows some things make me sick) but I just say that causes me tummy problems so I won't eat it. They all know I take Nexium so leave me alone
