Good Morning Maniacs!!!

My shoulders are still sore from 2 days ago. I worked them good. Today is Legs/Back/Ab Ripper X..oh, my!!!! Excited to work legs today.

Expected snow this morning and nothing. Son sad he is going to school. He was practically pouting. lol. My dd has a new job now in a office enviroment and they are really nice to her there. She loves it. She had been working at McD's for quite some time. Her new job is across from her college. I am so happy for her.

Thanks for sharing the link about Beth's oils. Very interesting. If you have anymore, let me know. I think I am starting to like Caliph's Beloved now. It is growing on me and dh likes all the tal's I have. Haven't let him tried Bend Over...don't think that one has pleasant side effects for me though so I guess I will just store it away.

Good Morning, I was really busy yesterday so never got a chance to check in. Today I am doing the M&F Hers fine tune you adv routine again. I will do Turbo Jam Fat blaster as a w/up. I will probably do some yoga or stretching. Yesterday I did Drill Max cardio blast premix no str, Body Max 2 Timesaver cardio no w/up, then abs/core from gliding pros hi low&strength and Step& Strength, Butts & Guts abs,Body Max 2 str, Yoga Shatki inversions and supine poses.

Morning guys. I took all measurements and everything is down by one pound/inch, except thighs which are down .5 inch. I am pleased witht he progress of one month, especially since it was a crappy WO month.

Char- great job on your WO for your arms. I will email later, sorry I didn't yesterday, so busy with niece then work, then I had two shows on TV last night I couldn't miss lOL!!!

Lora- can't wait to hear your calorie burn today! LOL!!

So I only did that 45 min ab work last night. Tracey's. I really like it ALOT! Great burn. My core feels tight today, and I think it will help with the back fat issues. Today is cardio cardio, not sure what yet.

I ended up doing Cathe's Pyramid Total Body Premix followed by the Ab Segment from the same DVD. Then I did Step Gone Wild for about 45 minutes or so. Workout was 2 hours 10 minutes and I burned 640 calories. I followed this with Duncan Wong's Source Power Yoga - Flow Premix 55".

Toasty - that interview was actually with Beth......her name is Elizabeth Moriarty......in case you didn't know. Glad you like your oils. I'm hoping my Dark Delacicies will be here today and also I got a C&S the other day for a BPAL order.......which I think is the remainder of the order they shipped a week or so ago. Only new thing in it is Faith & Hope from the Carnivale.

Meg - When did you get that Tracey Staehle core workout?

Well, i can start next week doing lower body, light weights and walking on the treadmill.As long as i don't elevate the haert rate for 1 more week.Yippie.....I am starting Sunday on legs. I will take my time through B&G. No weights over 10#. Bummer for legs only.

I am a little in shock here. I got permission to buy bras. I had no time for the mall, so i ran to walmart. i usually wear a 34 almost b. I couldn't fing 34d's so i got 36d's and i am fricken bustin out of them..
WOW!!!
This is definitely going to take some etting used to.
I am slowly feeling better. Tired fast,Ready for bed at 8pm.Hopefully this gets better soon.

This morning I did Gym Style Back, Shoulders & Biceps. I had an excellent workout. I can't believe how my body has forgotten how to workout to these workouts. Its weird. This is what I did:

Started out with close grip chins. I can still do 10 reps!!! I haven't done these in a while. So I did 10/5/5 reps.

Back:
Reverse Grip DB Row: 25's 2 sets/8 reps 20's 1 set/12 reps
One Arm Row: 25# 2 sets/12 reps
T-Back squeeze: Used purple band
Pullovers: 35# 2 sets/8 reps (4/4 count)
Low Back Extensions
Low Back Rotations Tilts

Shoulders:
DB Overhead Press: 15's 3 sets/10 reps
Lateral Raise: 12's 2 sets/10 reps
Lateral Raise w/Band: Green band
Front Raise w/Band: Green band
DB Rear Flies: 12's 2 sets
Rear Delt Flies w/Band: Green band

Biceps:
Barbell Curls: 45# 1 set/10 reps 40# 1 set/10 reps (4/4 count) These KILLED me!
DB Partial Reps: 12's Tons of reps, these killed me as well
Concentration Curls: 15# 2 sets
Zottsman Curl: 12's
Hammer Curls: 12's
Wrist Curls: 10's

Workout was 1:11, was in my zone for 35 min. and burned 289 calories.

Morning Maniacs! I am not bionic after all.:( Been doing some major over training on this rotation. I've hurt my hip and my elbow. My hip started hurting an couple of hours after my workout yesterday. It got so bad, I had to lift my leg with my hand just to get around. When I went to bed, I had to prop it up with a pillow and could not find a comfortable spot for it. It was almost a severe pain. I took a truck load of asprin and ibuprofin (which gave me major heartburn all night). Finally, about 3 in the morning, I moved and heard a loud POP! I felt instant relief at that point. My hip must have been out of joint or some tendon was out of place. The POP was so loud that it woke Dh up. He's like, WHF was that? lol! My elbow isn't quite so bad, but I feel the tenderness in the joint. I'm seriously re-thinking my workouts at this point. I'll be taking the rest of the week off and go into some light lifting for awhile. I so wanted to finish this "get lean" rotation.:( I knew going into it that working bodyparts with no rest days inbetween with heavy weights might not be the best for me. Hip does feel tons better this morning.:)

I just went for a fast walk/jog pushing Connor in the stroller. I was moving for about 32 min. It was a good walk, pushing that stroller is tuff.

Dallys- so sorry about the achy joints. That is weird about your hip! Atleast it is better. You are smart to take some time off and recoup.

Lora- good WO! One of my friends on the forum had the core one and Tracy's kickbox and she didn't want them, so she sent them to me. Got them yesterday.

DS- have a good Wo today!

Anne- wowzers!! Cool for you. You went up, I went down! I think I am barely a C cup now. Glad you are going to get back in to it. Take your time!

Sorry that rotation is not working for ya. Me likes it though. I did try to go into it a second time around cuz I thought it was so much fun and got burned out kinda fast. We are all different though. What works for some doesn't always work for another. I substitute the running for biking, at least I would now. I find that works better for my knees. The running always gets my hip flexors very sore.

Well at least you can workout. So do what you can and make the best of it cuz I know you will do it 100% whatever you accomplish today!!! Right on?? lol

So you are moving ahead even though you thought you weren't! Nice to see measurements go down. Good job. Don't underestimate yourself next time. Glad you enjoyed that fast stroller walk. That is always so invigorating...helps the moods too...thats why I can't wait to work legs today. Always love to work them now! Progress usually always makes you want to go even further..deeper, etc. I can't get enough of improvement.

Most excellent workout, my friend! Those bands are a killer. I screamed with I used one for Drill Max. I thought bands were whimpy compared to weights, but I found out WRONG sista!!!!! I am sure you will be feeling it ONCE AGAIN tomorrow! You go on with your mighty self!!!

Today I did Power Max on a 8in step that workout is a oldie but goodie:)
I was going to try abs again today but my neck is so sore.
I ended up getting ME and Boot camp last night. I cant wait for those to come!

Off to get ready for work my 10th DAY!x(

Dallys - OUCH! Oh man, that had to hurt. My hip was dislocated for 4 years before I realized what it was. I had chronic back pain. Last summer (or maybe it was the summer before) I hung on a scaffold thing my dh had when he was working on the house and I heard a loud pop and ever since I've been fine. I make it a habit to hang. Thats why I like doing pullups so much. I get two benefits from it.

I'm so glad yours popped back into place. How horrible that must have been. What rotation were you doing? Good plan on going easy for a while.
 
char- Yep, this rotation was definitely fun, but I've learned I can't lift heavy like that 2 days or more in a row. I rode my bike too on most of the cardio. I'd be literally dead by now if I did running and plyos inbetween!

Meg- I kept thinking of you and your 'weird sore hip thing' you had not to long ago, last night.:)

Debbie- Yep, it sure hurt. Very intense pain. I'm surprised I feel ok today. Hardly feel it now. Maybe hanging is the way to go. That's great that your pain went away after you hung from the scaffolding. Isn't it strange? My forearm and elbow are making it hard to work. I could hardly squeeze the toothpaste this morning.

Dallys - take care of yourself. I looked at that rotation when Charlotte first started doing it and I don't think I could do it without being overtrained either.

Anne - good for you......I wish I had a B cup!! I'm so small on top that it isn't even funny. I bet you can't wait to go to Victoria's Secret.

Meg - I spoke too soon on my sciatica.......it's starting to flare up now.

Toasty - Got my Dark Delacacies. I love it. It starts out sort of like Black Moon (orchid florals??) and then it gets a bit smoky and sexy. It's really nice. Also got my Faith/Hope that was left out of my last order. Sugared rose and Sugared Violet......I'm testing Faith now...Sugary rose....smells good and I'm not big on rose. Tedwin posted that the guy that prints the teeshirts got robbed in a parking lot....so he's a bit behind on his orders. He's thinking the Inquisitions should start shipping next week........I want the one with black cherry in it.....I think??
 
Finished WO. I did BC everything but core premix. Then I threw in Tracey's Kickbox challenge and did the kickbox drills premix. That was an awesome add on. You go right into the drills and go. I really liked it alot.
I hope to do some yoga tonight, but who knows.

Lora- sorry about the sciatica. The oils sound nice.

Dallys- next time I have weird pains I am going to hang! Thanks for thinking of me:p

Hey Maniacs!!

Finished legs/back of yoga. Felt so unmotivated today, but I did it all and getting better with pulldowns. Much stronger. Will post workout tomorrow if dh is not on much. Got someone coming over the house nearing 6pm and got to take son to work. I am eating pizza right now. Bad, I know. Addiction..maybe?

That dark delacie (sp?) sounds very nice. You are tempting me. I just ordered Blessing of Isis this afternoon. I want to finish getting all the lust/beauty ones. So I still got Glamour and Sexual Energy to get. I tried to talk dh into wearing Lord of the Forest, but he does not want it. Damn it! I might have to order the dark delacie one, Lora. I just might. So the guy got robbed? That is terrible. No one was hurt, were they?

Toasty - yes, they took his lap top and all kinds of stuff in a parking lot. He's shaken up but I think he's okay. I wonder how long that scent is going to be at Dark Delacacies? Have you ever smelled Black Moon?

Fellow Rock Ladies & Buckcherry Lovers'......etc....- Buckcherry will be performing on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Friday, February 9th......I'll be taping that for sure. Hopefully, they'll do the song they're nominated for a Grammy for.......that Crazy B one!! WhooHooooooo! You know I'll be taping it.

Okay, worked out like a true maniac this week and was really only going to do yoga tomorrow..........and now my brain is spinning trying to figure out what light cardio will go with it..........why can't I just take a rest day???? Oh, I know.........cuz I've got too much on my mind with trying to find a job and working out keeps my mind occupied!

My family wants me to sit and watch tv. I am so hyper I cannot sit still. I feel like running now for some reason. It is raining outside. In about 2 hours, I will be passed out. LMAO!
