Thanks Charlotte. Sounds good. Alot of potassium too. I would use FF milk too. I am writing it down to possibly get it. Is this now your evening protein drink? How often are you drinking it? I wonder if I should take it as much, since you are really trying to bulk, and I am not right now. Probably only after heavy lifting WO's? Have to look into it.
Yeah the Viper is fun. C&W cardio, Imax2 interval, 3 ME upper body segments. Repeat 4 times. Actually, they do have squats and lunges thrown in there too, but that is it for lower body. You know I love ME, so it was fun.
Imax Extreme, which I did yesterday morning is C&W cardio, 2 Imax2 intervals, C&W compound weight segment, repeat 4 times. More cardio heavy then Viper.
I figured it was alright to do the Viper today, since I did Extreme more then 24 hours prior. (If that makes sense).
ANyway, that's awesome on the shoulder WO. I can eek out MAYBE 8 reps of front raises with 10s! And I mean EEK out. That's great.
