Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for 4/16-4/22

Teddygirl - Nice job on your 4 mile run the other day! :eek: You kicked butt with your workouts that day. Have fun car shopping. I also hate car shopping!
 
TOday was Cardio Step Boxing and abs from rapid fire.

packing this weekend, my hubby has business in Hilton Head and I am going with him from mon-fri. Should be a nice getaway, just leaving my kids at home, 16 and 20, my 16 yr old is my son and daughter 20. They just do not communicate too well so we shall see, as long as my house is still standing:)
 
I thought that I posted earlier. I think I started and dh called:) I did Cathe's Gym Styles Chest and triceps doing only the dropsets pushups and then the triceps. I followed with Kelly Coffey Thirty Minutes to Fitness Step Box workout #1. Workout was around 65 minutes and calories was 335. That is it I was worried someone was going to want to look at the house andI had grandchildren here. Spent a lovely day at the Mall:)
 
This morning I did Les Mills Sports Attack 30 min, 240 calories, max hr 162. I then did some of Amy Bento Squared. I really wanted to hit some kettlebell work but Bill called and I just stopped because of time. So it was the warm up and the first kickbox combos. This was 15 minutes and 96 calories. I should have skipped the warm up. This workout has mocifications for 1 kettlebell. I think the other dvd has a dumbbell only modification mix. Anyway, workout was 45 min and calories burned was 336.
 
This morning I did Cathe's Cardio Core Circuit. This was 51 minutes and calories burned was 406. I woke at 3 am with that head and neck pain. It is hanging on. I have no idea what caused it. Maybe carrying boxes and my heavy kettlebells upstairs. I didn't have any ice packs here which help sometimes.
I don't see yesterdays post here I guess I forgot to submit it. I did Cathe's LOw Impact Step Challenge and then Gym Style Biceps. Had to make my long trip to this other house. Lots of calls had to be made so I was busy.
