Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for 12-26

Morning Maniacs -

No workout this morning, as it is our last day of extended hours at work and I have to be there very early. Yesterday I did Shape's Get Lean (weight/cardio circuit) and then added on Lauren Brooks Ult Body Kettlebell workout Quick Body Blast. Workout was 60" and I burned 540 calories. I also did Eion Finn's new Pursuit of Happy Hips - Downhill Premix 40". I didn't feel stretched out after. Still....no matter what I do, I can't get that stretched feeling. I wonder if I need to try to get deeper in my stretches or something.

I got my new Cathe's...but will not be able to try one until tomorrow since I'm working a long day today.

Hope everyone had a good Christmas. I had cookies and chocolate and we went to see the movie the Blind Side....very good movie. Highly recommend it. It was very touching.

My workout was short this morning. I did Shock Cardio Circuit Blast. I only burned 317 calories. Workout was 44 minutes and max hr was 156. I think I would have done better but was trying to be careful of my knee. This one has box jumps, plyo jacks, squats off of a tall step bench with a dumbbell, step ups, just a lot of not so knee friendly moves. We had an appointment so there was just not that much time. It took awhile to reach our destination because of the roads.
