Was thinking same thing about your meals. Thinking she must be sick of turkey patties by now..geez! lol.

I still need to workout. I had to clean first. lol. Dinner is cooking...roast beast.
 
Debbie- I'm with Char, I don't know how you don't get sick of the same meals for that long. I can do it for a few weeks or so, but then, all the sudden, I can't even eat that meal. Breakfast is differen though, I can eat the same with that for months. I wish I could be as disaplined as you in the eats and workouts department.

Char-Roast beast! ROFLMAO! I haven't worked out yet either. My house is a complete disaster. I think I should clean that first. I haven't cleaned since before Thanksgiving...can you imagine! LOL!

Finally back!

I ended up doing Patrick Goudeau's Body By Design. Workout was 1 hour 30 min and I burned 620 calories. I was gonna do some Kundalini....but I hardly slept last night thinking about all of the other organizing I wanted to do in the house...

....so I went on another organizer frenzy. Actually didn't even have time for breakfast or time to do my neck stretches! (Ate a protein bar for breakfast -- or should I say gagged it down.....yuk...not the greatest tasting things). Then I had a doctor appt this afternoon for my sinuses and was over Mom's for a while. My DH says the house looks like a storage facility with all of the containers and organizers I bought (won't even tell you how many contain Makeup and Lush!!...i'm sick) to try to unclutter. I don't know if it looks any better, but at least I'll be able to dust now!! LOL.

Sounds like everyone hear had good eats and good workouts.

Toasty -I got my Black Lace already....testing it on my hand but it's soft and I think I need to wear it before I get a feel for it. I think it's sort of light and reminds me of Antique Lace.
 
Diane Sue - I need your addy. I don't have it saved anymore. Please PM me with it. I will send the Yoga BAck Pain DVD and if you want, I have a (don't laugh) Gilad Total Body Toning one that has 3 - 23" segments on it . One focuses on Total body and abs, another on upper and lower "hot spots" and the last one on inner thighs, abs and back. They are from his TV show on the Beach. When I ordered them, I didn't know they were the TV shows put on DVD and I wanted a beach workout.......anyway, this one arrived loose ....so they had to send another. It's yours if you want it. You could use it as add on's or do it all together...plus cardio. I like working out on a beach sometimes! :) Gilad wasn't too bad in that Cuts and Curves and that's why I got more of his toning.

#1: 3 boiled eggs, 1 oz mixed nuts
#2: Spinach, 1 packet of tuna, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, 2 tbsp ranch dressing
#3: 2 pcs string cheese, 1 oz mixed nuts
#4: Mixed veggies, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp mayo, 1/4 cup shredded cheese
#5: 2 salmon cups
#6: 1/2 cup full-fat cottage cheese, 1 tbsp salsa

Calories: 1845 / Fat: 122g(59.51%) / Pro: 149g(32.30%) / Carbs: 28g(6.07%)

I purchased Keto strips (or at least the Walgreens version ) tonight. I will test tomorrow. I've been p'ing like a racehorse today, so I may be in ketosis :+
