I am getting ready to go do some cardio, stretching, and abs. I had a terrible headache the last few days and it is still somehwhat there this morning. I am starting to think it has to do with something I am doing in Meso 2. I kind of remember this happening before. It hurts inn my left shoulder blade and up my neck.
I went to the nutrition center and bought a lot of ingredients for my new clean eating magazine and cookbook. Still need to go get some fresh veggies. They are pretty high priced at the nutrition center. Thursday I made the Oaks Thai Coconut Curried chicken with potatoes. It was tasty. Last night I made the Cardamom Spice Cookies. I only sliced off 12 pieces and baked them. They are pretty good. I didn't have the orange zest which I think would have added to them. I sprinkled a little juicy juice orange tangerine juice in them. They didn't change in size much. I wonder if my baking powder was not fresh enough or something?
 
I lost another pound this week! Woo hoo! :eek:

Today was cardio and I chose Cardio Kicks. Had a great workout. I think that is Cathe's best kickboxing workout. I love the arm drills at the end.

Diane, your cooking sounds yummy! I'm rather enjoying cookbooks these days, and making things that turn out decently. =)

Well, here's what I've been up to workoutwise (I can't remember when I last checked in)

Thursday: yoga class (I did better on my headstands that day)
Friday: tired that day...wish it could have been my rest day but I already took one. I did Gym Style Legs through the shin exercise(tibealus, or whatever it's called), then abs from Tracey's Hi Lo Med Ball

So far no workout yet today. I slept rather late and all I"ve done so far is make bfast for the household and be on the phone with at&t for an hour...grrrrrrr
 
Debbie, I like those drills at the end of Cardio Kicks. Wouldn't it be great if we could have a dvd of all of our favorite moves:) Nice workout and calorie burns.

Hermia, I know about at&t. When we moved hear we got the AT&T package with direct tv. Added the phone a couple of days later and boy were they messed up. Then we were supposed to have Direct tv in the package and they started sending separate bills. When I aske about that they said around October it would be all on one bill. Hmmm!. We kept having to call about our rebates etc too. Finally got it all but I was so tired of calling them. Then they would call back saying they were changing our account :eek: Anyway it was good getting it all settled. Hopefully I don't want to change anything. I like those Tibialis moves on Gym Styles because it works the opposing muscles. I wouldn't skip them if I were you.
