Checking in again,
This evening I did Ab Jam, abs from Turbo Sculpt, and P90 ab ripper. Maybe it is the advanced level Cathe takes us too, but P90 Ab Ripper seemed so basic(did not expect it, so it is not a disappointment). I know it should be lighter than P90X. Turbo Sculpt was only about 3 minutes of abs. I really liked Ab Jam. So far I see me using Ab Jam and Cardio Party 2 a lot. Now I am pulled on doing the original cardio party tomorrow or Cardio Coach #6. I have had CC#6 for several days but have not done it yet. Maybe I will leave Cardio Party till Thursday with Yoga X.

Lora, I am anxious to try Cardio Coach #6 after your review. Now you can speed up or do larger hills if it feels lighter. Maybe because it was your first run through you didn't know you could raise some of your levels. I know the feeling when you are really pushing yourself and think you may want to bring it down a tad. I just keep pushing till I reach the end.
Poochy, I used the Cardio Coach workouts in a rotation on their website using a jump rope and high knees running (anything to push my HR up)and alternated with step moves ala Cathe. you really don't even need equipment. You could take these outside on a run. I know they are mainly made for equipment. They are a great motivator
