Morning Ladies -
This morning I did 55 minutes on the Treadmill & Elliptical with a few intervals thrown in and then cool down, stretch & Abs from Cathe's Cardio & Weights. I then did 46 minutes of Rainbeau Mars Yoga for Beauty from her Dusk to Dawn series. I really enjoyed the yoga (even though I have to modify down dog) and need to find more time to add more yoga in my routine.
I am so sore in my upper back and shoulders from that kickbox the other day. Now I know why I used to ALWAYS do 1 kickbox DVD every week for so long!! I can't stand the way I feel when I haven't done it for a while. I also went into a shoulder stand in yoga today for about 10 seconds cuz I couldn't remember if I'm allowed to do them.....and then realized NO...I"m not....now my shoulders are worse. Next time I go to the doctor, I'll have to get an update on what is and is not allowed in yoga. I know I can't do headstands and balancing poses on my arms.
The movie yesterday - Freedomland with Julianne Moore & Samuel L. Jackson was very good. Julianne Moore did a great job and it was a half decent movie. Today, we're going to see Running Scared with Paul Walker.
Tomorrow, I start my P90 Masters Rotation. I'm going to add in extra cardio and hopefully yoga. We'll see how long I last before I do a Cathe Fat Loss rotation. I haven't been real good at sticking to rotations lately.
Have great workouts and I'll check back after my soak in the tub with a bag of Epsom salts and my Oxygen magazine!! LOL!
