Hey Maniacs!!!
I was SUPER tired today}( After the gym I came right home and jumped into bed and feel asleep. I was up real late last night moving, and woke up pretty early this morning. At the gym today I did legs and abs. My workout only lasted 2 hours and 10 minutes. I lowered a lot of my weights adn added a few more reps for legs cuz I don't wanna relaly bulk em up like my upper body and abs. So I mainly now endurance my legs and go moderatley heavy now. Heres the brakedown. 90 secs between each set:
LEGS:
Leg Extension Machine- 4 sets 15 reps 67.5#
Leg Curl Machine- 2 sets 20 reps 45#
BB Deadlifts- 2 sets 10 reps 45#
Smith Machine Lunges- 1 set each side 15 reps 70#
BB Squats on Upside down Bosu- 1 set 30 reps 30# BB
Hip Abduction Machine- 3 sets 15 reps 60#
Inner Thigh Machine- 3 sets 20 reps 80#
Glute Machine- 1 set each side 30 reps 67.5# (burned}()
ABS:
Did SJP abs and KPC abs this morning
Ab Cruches on Cable- 3 sets 20 reps 115#
Isolation Crunches on Stability Ball- 2 sets forward 1 set each side or obliques 25 reps
Ab Crunch Machine- 3 sets 15 reps 95#
Side Planks- 1 minute each side
