Morning Ladies -

This morning I did Eoin Finn's Power Yoga for Happiness Quickie Workout premix. It was 30 minutes long. It's is, hands down, the best short yoga workout. It has a little bit of everything and really makes you feel good in a short amount of time. It's also got a lot of bang for it's buck, as it comes with several premixes. I know I've said this before, but it is worth repeating. Eoin has a new DVD due for a Spring release. I can't wait.

Well....I'm off to eat my oatmeal and leave for the airport. See everyone Thursday morning.

Have great workouts while I'm gone.

Moring ladies!

Lora-Have a fun safe trip!! See you Thursday morning. We want to see some pictures when you get back too.

What is everyone else up to today??

DH and I are going for a walk later and we plan on washing the truck. Oh and we thought we could work in the yard too. I better go take my allergy medicine now. lol I also thought I would get some exercises in later too. Crunches(couple different ones)and lunges at least.

Better get outside and get to work. :)

Good Morning,
Well my DS is doing better today!! I hate it when little ones hurt!!

I am not sure workout wise what and if I do anything today?? Whatever trips my trigger :)

Dallas, Terri and Sabrina I cleaned out a drawer:D Now that the Sun is out I really feel the need to declutter:) Next week I am going to focus on day 1 of our book!! Dallas you got a head start last week, but look out LOL!!
Debbie thanks for the tip on self tanner!!

Hello to everyone!!

Good Morning Fitness Goddesses -

Lora - you have a fabulous time!! I'm jealous! I have never been to Vegas!

Sabrina - took my allergy meds this morning, so I totally sympathize! It's going to rain here, so no car washing (my little red Mini is gray! He needs a bath so badly!). Enjoy the sunshine!

I'm off to do Kenpo X followed by some or all of Rythmic Step (depends on how much time I have). Then DH and DD17 changed their plans and are going to visit Sonoma State so we're all going (it's a lot closer). We'll check out the school, then have a fabulous lunch in wine country, and come back to enjoy the evening (no winery visits - I won't drag the girls to wineries - it's not fair to them). I plan on having a nice healthy salad. Even in the rain, it's beautiful country.

Enjoy your day everyone!!!

Hi everyone! This morning I did the upper body portion of Muscle Intensity Strength. It was a short workout, I should have added another workout to it but just didn't have it in me, not sure why. This one gets in there and gets your muscles good. I love it! I also did the abs from MIS. If anyone does these any time soon, do 25 oblique twists to each side, for some reason Cathe has a hard time counting for oblique twists. Drives me nuts! LOL! Hope you all have a great day! :)

Hello Ladies,

I am doing KPC today and decided to also do Gymstyle legs. Then I am going to go do some reading out in the sun.

Nicole-Glad your son is feeling better. Good job on the de-cluttering!
Lora-Have a good trip
Sabrina-Any word on the client?
Christine-Have a great time with the family.
Debbie-So cathe does more to one side then the other? :) Thanks for the count.
Dallas-What you doing this weekend?
Diane Sue-How is your daughter doing?
Susan-Where are you??? :)

Terri

Afternoon ladies!

Terri-Enjoy KPC!! That is one of my favorites!! No word on the client. I have called him a few times so I think I will leave it up to him if he gets back to me again. I don't want to make him mad by calling too much. Ho hum! I thought he was going to be a good one too. Oh well. I did go apply for a part time job today at a music store. I don't think they are hiring for a couple weeks yet though.

Nicole-Glad you son in better. Good luck on getting rid of some things. I need to do that too but I am working on cleaning up the outside right now since it is so nice out today.

Christine-I HATE allergies! lol Between my allergy medicine and my antigens it helps a lot though (if I don't forget to take them--lol). Enjoy you lunch in the wine country. It just sounds so nice without even seeing it. Wine country--yep, still sounds nice.

Lora-Hope the flight went well!!

Hi Dallas, Diane Sue, Debbie, Susan, Marietta, and Charlotte!! (I hope I remembered everyone!)

Have a great evening!!

Good evening,
Today I had quite an interrupted workout. I started with Kick Max, w/u and low impact. Stopped and made my daughter & grandson grilled cheese before she went for her test, then I got mail and my Maximum Turbo Jam set came so I did Cardio Party 3, then the abs off of Totally Tubular only 4 minutes, then I did Pyramid upper abs, then Core Max #1 which I added some weights to. Then I went back to Turbo Jam Kick, Punch & Jam and did the last 7 minutes that was 4 minutes tube exercises and stretch. I kind of wanted to play with the free Yoga Booty Ballet but I have company and grandchildren. I had phone calls as well during the workout.Oh well It was more playtime anyway!

Nicole, I like to keep a base tan with Neutrogena Build a Tan. I used this before vacation, then tried the Neutrogena airbrush tan. It worked well the first couple of times but the third time I ended up with streaks. Putting it on myself is a little difficult. I usually use a towel to spread it on my back and wash it off of my knees, feet, elbows and hands. They still get some tan. Loreal has some towelettes that work pretty well called subline tan or something like that. Glad your son is doing better.

Hi to everyone

We're back. Sonoma State is a really pretty campus. And Sonoma is simply gorgeous. Napa is very commericalized. It's a great place to go if you want to hit a lot of wineries and have wonderful food (haven't found a restaurant less than a 4 star in Napa yet!). Sonoma is quieter. The wineries are spread further apart and they grow more vines. It's very rural, which is kind of funny after the traffic through San Francisco and over the Golden Gate. What madness! We had lunch at a fabulous little Trattoria, on the patio enjoying the sun (that was supposed to be rain). I had rotesserie turkey with spinach cooked with garlic and a nice salad. It was great. Even the girls liked it.
