Hardcore Fitness Maniacs Check In for Mon 5-1

Morning Fitness Maniacs -

This morning I did Mindy's Gliding with Resitance Tubing followed by CIA Strength Circuit from Step Generation. It made for an hour weight workout. I used tubing that used to be too hard for me and I was able to get thru it with no problem. I must be getting stronger from something I'm doing. I should have added on some cardio but I didn't feel like it. I've got the Monday blues.
