Today I did Turbo Fire Hiit 15 and STS disc 23 legs.

so far eats have been 1 cup of high fiber cereal, splashed with some almond milk and 1/2 banana.

Just got my son off to a float trip, of course,the hottest day here in st. louis yet, but he's 15 so he won't even probably notice the heat.

Roselyn-what did you think of the HIIT compared to Cathe's? I like the setup quite a bit. It's going to be 106 here today, but you are right-15 year old's can stand it :D

Yesterday I did turbo fire HIIT 25 and TRX abs. I am going to try and follow the August rotation, but I will sub here and there. Today I plan on doing a cardio kb workout, but my back is VERY sore today....ttotm stuff :(
 
My grandchildren arrived almost an hour early this morning. I still got in my workout though. Then we had to run a couple of quick errands in town. Workout was Turbo Fire 45. The schedule was 55EZ but I will do that tomorrow.I am still doing all of the workouts scheduled for this week but changing the order. TF 45 was 45 minutes 330 calories and 163 max hr.
Then I did Kelly Coffey's Circuit Burn Premix boxing and legs 32 minutes followed by the abs 5:40 minutes 191 calories burned, I finished with TF lower 20 22min 73 calories and stretch 10 12 minutes 24 calories. TOtal workout time was 1 hr 46 minutes and calories burned was 618.
I used 20# dumbbells for all of the lower body exercises for circuit burn. I really felt it on the curtsy lunges. I would have liked to do one of the workouts from Kelly's Lift but since I did the Turbo Fire Sculpt yesterday with the tubing I did not want to push getting the neck/shoulder tension and headache back.
The only thing I have had so far today is a protein shake. Just not had time yet. Getting ready to find us some lunch. I was kind of waiting to see if dd was going to be done with her meeting and what she wanted to do for lunch.

Roselyn, nice workout today. Those Hiit workouts will get longer and more intense. So you are in for a treat:)

I could have SWORN I posted this morning :confused: Very odd. Also, posted kind of late last night - my schedule's been even more 'out there' than usual. Today, instead of PLB I did Leaner Legs. Had been thinking about that workout for some reason and just ... wanted to - so I did :p Very good workout. Just about to get in some cardio. I need a second wind to finish a project for work.

Roselyn - Glad you enjoyed the Hiit. It's been hot here too, but not THAT hot. Bet that will be a great trip for your son. How long will he be gone?

Theresa - I'll bet TRX ab work is really 'good.' Also - Ugghhh (ttotm). I get back pain sometimes with the cramps - it really can ache - a lot. Hope you're feeling better. I'm gonna go check out the August rotation as soon as I finish this post (which I trust is not just a figment of my imagination - must have been this morning). What do you think of TF hiit compared to Cathe (I was glad you asked and wondered about your opinion - or anyone else's)?

Diane Sue - That was a pretty intense combination of workouts :D Glad you still got it in, even with your grand children's early arrival :D Curtsy lunges are really one of my favorite leg exercises. Don't see them too often in workouts ... they seem to be showing up more in some of the newer one's coming out [?]
