Not sure if anyone's around.....but it's a normal work day for me.

This morning the DH & I did Cathe's MMA-Boxing (first part - no core work) followed by a small part of MMA-Fusion. I liked MMA Boxing more than the Fusion one. Workout was 60" and I burned 635 calories. Max HR was 162.

Have great workouts or rest days everyone.

So far I have done Core Cardio Circuit and Circuit Blast. I liked them both. Any reviews on other dvd's in the series.

Lora Jeanne, so you like both of the MMA, looks like boxing more then fusion. WHat is fusion like?
 
Today is normally my rest day but since I keep doing such short workouts I decided to do a little bit this morning before we headed out the door. I did MMA Kickbox stopping at the core 35 minutes and burned 219 calories. I didn't really get my HR up much on this one. Really there didn't seem to be much impact in it except for the brief segment at the end of each of the 3 drills. Maybe I will do better next time. My knee was giving me fits after Circuit Blast yesterday. I probably should have stopped when I saw all of the impact and box jumps etc..

Roselyn, I have only done the two that you have and the Kickbox. I am hoping to do some others this week though.

Lora, I keep wanting to do the boxing workout with the heavy bag but have been putting it off because dh is usually still sleeping and I would probably wake him up. I hope to soon though. Looks like you got a good calorie burn out of what you did.
