Worse thing about the internet service thing was I had to go through the exact same thing yesterday. Truth be told - they have no idea why it's not working! I am at work now.

DianeSue - Between all the working out and cooking you do, how in the world do you have time for anything else? I get exhausted just reading what you have done! Anyway, I was wondering if your cold might not be suppressing your HR? I've had both happen when I am sick, sometimes my HR will go through the roof, but other times it won't go up no matter how hard I work. Just try not to work yourself to death, 'kay?:D Oh, and I didn't realize that there was a TT Kettlebell program. I just may have to check that out. Thanks! Sometimes it really bugs me how these guys are always trying to sell me someone elses programs, so I tend to ignore their emails sometimes. I am like "don't you believe in your own program". I mean cathe never tries to sell me a Beachbody workout. Hmmm...but she is trying to sell me EB eggs though....:p

Lora - Just had to say I saw this MOM this weekend with a little boy around 8 and he had the this loud raspy voice and it was driving me nuts listening to him talk. I was so grateful that my DS doesn't sound like that.

Theresa - Sorry your job is so stressful lately. Now regarding Turbulance Training. They are paper workouts so you do them on your own. The current ones I am doing are actually from the Turbulance Training for Fat Loss program. It is the fifth set of exercises. So there are 4 other sets for a total of 16 weeks before this one. The idea is you do these supersets along with 20 minutes of HIIT 3 times a week. Workout are below. If you have any questions just ask.


Okay I was humbled this morning. As you know I am doing Turbulance Training for the next 4 weeks and the rotation I choose I did little over a year ago. I actually failed on a weight this morning that I did a year ago. What in the world is up with that? And my chin-up numbers sucked today!:eek:

6/4 - 40's (Here where I could not match last year, last year I did 3 sets of 8 with 40's:eek:)

Then did HIIT cardio using Disc 26 Plyo Legs, do eight rounds of 30 second work with 60 second rest. Workout was 55 minutes and I burned 411 calories.

Also have to say my eats were spot on today. Now if only I can string a bunch of these days together.:D
 
Hello ladies! I haven't posted for a few days because the site stopped remembering my password and I had to hunt it up. Sigh. So here's what I've done the last few days when I was password-less.

Sunday---Muscle Max timesaver premix

Monday--Combos 1, 2 and the power ups from Amy's ASC I. I did this quite late and I think this is one better done a bit earlier so I have more focus so as to not trip over myself during the more complex choreo.

Tuesday--Tracey Long's "Better Burn, Better Buns". I know, wierd title. I haven't done it in ages. It was tougher than I remember. Well, not really the leg/booty work, but the cardio and core were more than I remembered.


Haven't worked out yet today. Yesterday I nearly went cross eyed from grading. It probably would have been a good day to skip the workout, but at least I got to do something with my day other than grading. Ok...off to check on dinner.
 
Linda, thanks for the concern. I know my HR has been off somewhat. I did the own zone today before I started. Maybe when I get over the cold symptoms it will be better.
I hear you on the internet. The cable service we had before would go down and we would call so many times dh got a special number to call. By the time they would arrive it was working again. One of the service providers said he lived in the same area and sometimes it took them 2-3 months to actually find what was giving everyone problems. Since we have had at&t we have not had internet problem but we have had real problems with our dish and direct tv. I hate watching a show and having it go out.
I don't know why but sometimes I have weak days. STS has not been going as well as the last time since I started Meso 2. I was really hoping to beat some of my numbers:confused: I wonder if my immune system is busy fighting other things lately. LOL on Egglands best. I usually buy Egglands best. Lately dh brings eggs home from someone at work that has chickens. Funny though the eggs take getting used too. They are all sizes and range from white, tan, light tan and brown. The small ones usually have very little egg white in them just yolk.
I used to eat fresh eggs like that all of the time.

Hermia, I finally typed up a password list and made copies so I could just pull them out when I need them. My list has grown. Glad to see you are able to post your workouts. Some of the titles of the workouts are a mouthful LOL It is hard to shorten them so everyone knows what you are talking about.
