Hardcore Fitness Maniac Hotties for 12/2

Today was Legs and I had an excellent workout! I really feel it!

1 minute rest between each set.

QUADS
Squats - 65#/12 reps - 2 sets (warmup)
Squats - 90#/8 reps - 3 sets (up 5#)

Static Barbell Lunges - 75#/10 reps - 3 sets
***These really get me good.

Leg Press Station - 190#/12 reps - 4 sets (up 10#)
***Added a set because I love this exercise.

HAMSTRINGS
Elevated Barbell Deadlifts - 85#/10 reps - 3 sets (up 5#)

Hamstring Curls - 45#/12 reps - 3 sets (up 5#)
***Wow, these were hard. Last set I almost stopped at 10 reps.

CALVES
Barbell Calf Raises - 90#/25 reps - 4 sets
***Toes forward for first set, out for 2nd set and in for 3rd set. Added a fourth set and just did them with toes forward.
 
Debbie-nice workout. You really move some impressive leg weights :D

Yesterday I did Amy's Kickbox Surge w/u and combo's only 1-4. It came out to about 43 min w/ the stretch. I needed a lighter day, my legs are tired. I have a shorter kettlebell workout on tap today. I am a HUGE fan of the short and sweet workouts :D Hope everyone has a great day.
 
Hey Guys, :)

I was off yesterday…..But, got my workout in and SOME………..

I did Muscle Max and 7 exercise from Leg & Glutes. I had someone cut down tree limbs a week ago, he said he was going to come back and cut it up so it can be picked up, he never came, argh…. So, I had to get my friend to come over and help me good thing he had a chain saw, or I would be hit.

Anywho, I was too tired to get my workout on this morning, I doubt I do a workout after work, my body is tired from working in the cold and lifting.

Lori – I really like Candace actually all of the CC workouts. Do you have any? Good job with Insanity workout :) mines is still collecting dusks, I did check out the first 2 discs, tough....
 
I am taking a rest day today. I got up and took my granddaughters to school and stopped at SuperTarget for some grocery items. This weekend I will try to finish up my Christmas shopping. Then I will need to plan for Christmas dinner. I slept a little more last night. Only woke up a couple of times coughing. I think it is all improving. Just really tired.

Debbie, great job on the leg workout.

Teddy, I imagine the wood cutting and clean up was quite a lot of exercise. Good weight workout mix that you did.
 
TOday I did Cardio Interval burn, feeling fat and icky today because you know what is coming, I hate that, some months I feel fine others I am bloaty and just ick!!! Anyway, enough of my complaining, great workouts and Diane Sue, it sounded like you needed to rest a day or two. Feel better.
