Hardcore Fitness Maniac Hotties for 10/10

Today was cardio and I just didn't feel like doing anything. I decided to do Amy's In The Ring and only did Challenge & Med BAll Cycle 1 & 2. Had an ok workout. This is a fun workout, I need to do it all the way through one of these days.

Morning Maniacs -

This morning I did Leslie Brin's Shed 5 Fast. Kickboxing with some functional fitness weighted and ab moves. Workout was 65" and I burned 643 calories.

I meant to mention yesterday that if you were always interested in a barre type of workout, the Physique 57 full body one is pretty good. I don't know how you could do that and not get results. It's pretty hard...but Tanya has a personality like Tony Horton....so you may or may not be able to stand her. I don't mind her.
