How do you order the resistance band?
Is the presale for hardcore only online? Tried to order by phone -- they had no idea what I was talking about.

I'm not Cathe....but so far...you can only buy the resistance band if you buy all 10 DVD's or all 10 plus the Hardcore Extreme DVD. If you want to order by check or money order, go to this link:
