We are going over to the highschool here to check out a garage sale benefits for a boy who has leukemia. This morning I did Tracey Longs Step Forward 53 minutes 393 calories Max HR 154. It was around 41 minutes then triceps dips, push ups, and abs. This was deceptive at first. I thought it was easy at first but she cues you so you can intensify moves and the last segment had my legs burning
Then I did SC Circuit Blast Cardio only premix 23 minutes 202 calories, finished with MMA Boxing Core with 10# dumbbells and 2 sets of 25 reps with a 25# dumbbell stability ball wood chops. Was hoping for yoga but no time.
