We are going over to the highschool here to check out a garage sale benefits for a boy who has leukemia. This morning I did Tracey Longs Step Forward 53 minutes 393 calories Max HR 154. It was around 41 minutes then triceps dips, push ups, and abs. This was deceptive at first. I thought it was easy at first but she cues you so you can intensify moves and the last segment had my legs burning:D Then I did SC Circuit Blast Cardio only premix 23 minutes 202 calories, finished with MMA Boxing Core with 10# dumbbells and 2 sets of 25 reps with a 25# dumbbell stability ball wood chops. Was hoping for yoga but no time.
 
Nice work Diane Sue. Do you think the step video is worth it? I saw it and have been contemplating....hope you have a great weekend

I am finally starting to feel human again, but decided to ease back into things as opposed to going balls out, so one more rest day and then probably circuit style workouts next week.

Lora-to answer your question from yesterday, I think it is personal preference and the intended purpose of the make up. I am 31: for day I like natural (like Carmindy teaches on what not to wear) and for evening I like to spice up the eyes a bit. However, I think too much make up makes me look like a drag queen so I like to keep it relatively simple. I think it best to ask the client the intended use and how they normally wear their makeup to get a good idea of what they want.

About to head to bed, but thought I'd post my weekend workouts first. On Saturday I did the standing portion of Gym Style Legs and then the cardio from Amy's Cardio Pump Hi/Lo. It's really short, just wanted to add a little extra. then for Sunday, just now, I did the upper body and abs from Body Max 2.
