Good morning -
Nice work, Theresa. I like Iliara. You've kinda made me want to pull that one out again. I only have one of her workouts - would like to add to that meager count

. Stretching and a Hiit sounds like a good combo. Hope your knees are ok.
Roselyn - Step Blast is always fun. I put that one away for awhile because I did it SO MUCH, though
Debbie - That step routine with no breakdown was my first real exposure to Cathe step. It took me FOREVER to get it -- but after that, everything else seemed relatively doable

. Also, my heart rate does the same thing. Really -- I feel more winded during the warm up sometimes, than the workout itself. After about 10-15 mins (like you said), I'm usually good to go and it doesn't feel so tough anymore. You got in a very good workout today. Sounded like fun
Teddy - Oh NO

I'm so sorry. I've been there with the car trouble stuff. Hope you get it sorted out without it being super pricey. Well done on the cardio today.
Diane Sue - Hope you aren't getting sick. Colds aren't 'serious,' I know but they sure can FEEL awful. Excellent workout

and I hope you take it easy on yourself today (errands -- ugghh). You and your family continue to be in my best thoughts and prayers.
Cheryl - Any more brave decorating experiences? Ever since you shared about painting your walls, I've been looking at ours and thinking ..."hmmm ..."

Don't have the same color scheme here, but still wish I'd been a bit more gutsy with paint choices. Still planning to start moving in this weekend?
My neck and back feel FINE

Yesterday, I did some 'experimental' leg work and Leg Blast from B & G. Total time for this -- I don't know for sure -- over an hour. I also did MTV yoga last night. It's about 40 minutes and felt really good (thought of you, Hermia -- I think you have this one?). I believe I'm ready for Insanity again today

.
Hope you're having a good Friday.
Lori
