Workout today started with Amy's 10 minute solution 5 day get fit kickbox I repeated half of it for a 15 minute workout and burned 110 calories, then I did STS disc 12 meso 1 legs 380 calories, I followed with Kelly Coffey's 30 minutes to fitness premix cardio session which was w/up cardio and a brief stretch 30 minutes. This was a good 30 minutes calorie burner. I burned 315 calories. I finished off with the 18 minute bonus stretch session as this really stretches the legs and hips out well. Total calories burned today was 872

Today is plyo for me but I got ttotm this morning and am feeling very crampy. I may do a kickbox workout today and a run and then do plyo on thurs....don't know yet.

Theresa, I haven't recieved the new Kelly's yet. This is from the last group she sold. It is the Bootcamp one. I just thought I would try one of the other premixes. I worked up a nice sweat and hr got up to 163 so I was happy:D
 
Morning Maniacs -

I'm off today and I had an excellent workout this morning. Did Tae Bo T3 - Commitment with the DH. It was low impact and we used 1# hand weights. My heartrate hovered around 145-160 most of the workout and even went up to 174 (which is rare for me). I burned 620 calories in 55". We also did Smart Start yoga seated postures (was a bit too easy).

Need more stretching....but I've got a doc appt for my foot and I also have to go the Nursing Home again.

I will definitely be pulling my Tae Bo workout out again. I tell ya - that work stress -people problem stuff is sure good for the kickboxing workouts!!! I also started TTOTM this morning and I usually get extra crazy and agressive with my workouts when this happens cuz it helps my mental state.

My new Kelly's are here.............darn - I was gonna do a Barre workout in the AM...but now I don't know.
 
This morning I started off with 4DS LIS cardio only premix and was feeling much better than yesterday so I went ahead and did 4DS HIS cardio only skipping the w/u. Workout 54 minutes and burned 378 calories. Then took a 1:16 walk with client for another 349 calories.:D
 
Hello! I got out All Pump Xtreme for today's workout; I haven't done that one in a while, but I really enjoyed it. I did the premix with chest, shoulders, and core. I think this is one of my favorite core sections.
 
I did't have any grandchildren here today and dh was at work so I took full advantage and went out to do shopping and errands. Then I did extra cleaning and some outside shrub trimming:D I checked my mailbox a couple of times before my doggy let me know someone was outside. I got my Kelly workouts:D So I guess I will start with cardio tomorrow and abs which is probably there somewhere. Kelly is fast! I figured I would have to wait a couple of days which seems standard for me unless I pay extra. LOL

Linda, glad you are feeling better. Great calorie burn.
 
I was just previewing Kelly's new workouts. They look really good and there are loads of premixes. On muscle definition you can do different body parts which I think will be great for add ons. Can't wait to get started wirh these. Kelly looks great too:D

Roselyn, I think these will be very good for add ons or just as is. I think tomorrow I will attempt the cardio one with the premix that does all step segments(athletic type doesn't look hard for choreography) and 2 x each plyo segment s inbetween. Should be a good one. As said before I did not get the Bodyweight workout one. I think I may go back and get it. I would like to know what premixes on on it first so I could use it as an add on to other workouts.
 
Roselyn, I think we posted at about the same time:D I think you will like thses. I am sure I will after checking them out.
 
Yay for new workouts! I was thinking about getting some Kelly's, but I'm being frugal unless more teaching comes through for me. I probably will splurge on the upcoming Tracey Long workouts, though. I think they're coming sometime december.
