I really wanted to do STS this morning before church but got to bed way too late and did not have that much time. I did Kelly Coffey's 30 minute to Fitness Bootcamp workout 1 and added some kettlebell swings while waiting for it to load. Workout was 35 minutes and I burned 301 calories. Max HR was 163. My Dad should be arriving anytime for a visit. I had to go do some quick gorcery shopping to pick up some things for the Thanksgiving Dinner DD is doing tomorrow. DH leaves Thursday.
Roselyn, I get those urges once in awhile. The grandchildren had some chocolate candy here and you know it was just not that appealing for some reason. I mostly only like dark chocolate.
