I thought I would get this started. Today I am doing cardio and abs. Tracey Staehle has her presale up for Cardio Kickbox Challenge. I got my order in:D She says she may put some heavy bag and speed bag work on it. That would be great if she can. I have never used my speed bag:)
I will be back in awhile.
 
This morning I ran on the treadmill 5.25 miles after a 10 minute w/up and stretch. Workout was 67 minutes and I burned 629 calorie 30% fat Max hr was 162. I did some 8 mph sprints, and 8 incline jogs between some steady running. Got to burn off some of this junk I am packing

I took the girls to school and came back and did STS pilates based abs and no equipment abs and finished off with Tracey's yoga solutions post cycling segment 13 minutes and burned 183 calories. Total calories burned today was 812. I wonder where everyone is today?

Theresa, nice jog. I have neighbors that I see out here running up the road together, each doing curls and stuff with 1 dumbbell. I guess they switch arms or something.
 
Good workout, ladies! My bf wants to do some jogging, but can't really because of the impact. He needs to lose some weight first. He wants a cardio machine though; I think he's settled on a stair stepper.

I was going to order Tracey's new workout, but now I don't think I will. My money situation is not the greatest, and I've got quite a bit of cardio. I can afford a couple new purchases, but not everything I want. I may get Amy's beginning kettlebell workout, though, because I've been wanting that for a while.

Lora, regarding your picture yesterday, you *definitely* do not look like an old, fat lady! You look fit and cute!

No workout yet today, but yesterday I went to yoga class. I went to a different one than usual so as to avoid traffic. I keep thinking about trying a studio closer to home, but I go to this one to hang out with a friend. She hasn't come for a while though!

Hi Theresa and Hermia!


This morning I did Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio. Workout was 30 minutes and I burned about 250 calories. I was surprised by how high my HR got. It was alot of fun and I really like Shaun T.
 
Hermia, if I had to go very far for a workout I would probably skip it half the time. The friend would be motivation to go though. I guess that is why I workout at home.

Linda, I bet Hip Hop Abs was fun. I have looked at those but it seems there is always something else that I want more.
 
DianeSue - The Hip Hop Abs was fun especially since it was different. I think I am burned out on step and kickbox.
