No workout today. I really did contemplate one because I have not had a chance to try out my new boxing gloves and hand wraps I bought with my Academy Sports Gift Card. But I think the rest is good. This next week I should be able to pretty much finish Supreme 90. Eating this weekend has been so, so.
Saturday
1- hummus and celery
2- went to local Chinese American Restaurant and had a dish with scallops and veggies in a sauce, steamed rice, hot and sour soup
3-left over calzone made with pizza dough, sauce, turkey and mozzarella
Today
1- hummus and celery
2-salad with chipole dressing
3-salmon and butternut squash with pepper
