My workout yesterday, today and probably tomorrow will be packing and moving. It is 105 miles to our new home so these trips back and forth are have been leaving me too tired for a workout. My neck and shoulders hurt, my back hurts. I really need some yoga and stretching :) I don't know if I mentioned we will have two sets of stairs so I have been doing lots of stairclimbing with boxes. I will be back at it soon.

Debbie, I have a sound track that I put together that most of the songs were the play list for the CC Hiit workout with a couple of changes that I put together and it is an excellent choice for getting on the treadmill too:D It sounds like you got in a fun cardio workout.
