This morning I started with BOb Harpers Totally Ripped Core 48 min, 287 calories, I then did Les Mills Sports Attack 29 min, 290 calories, max hr 172, I followed this with 1 round from Traceys Bootcamp Cardio conditioning workout 1 (probably would have done two rounds but Bill called and I figured I had had enough cardio :) ) That was 5 min , 48 cal, max hr 163. I finished with Chalean Extreme Dynamic Flow Yoga 37 min 188 calories wearing 1# gloves. I really think their gloves are 3/4 # at Beachbody though. Total time was 1 hr 59 min and calories burned 814.
 
I got my barbell and other Les Mills workouts today. I was surprised since it came in one package with weights and dvds. They had said three packages. Everything was in boxes and packed tight so I am not worried about the dvds. I wish I would have had this earlier. I will start checking them out today.
