Good Morning, I wanted to workout this morning since I have had so much time off, but slept too late. So today will be a rest day. I am picking up my grandchildren this morning and I need to get out to the grocery store. BBL
 
Hi Diane Sue! Today is a rest day for me too. I've been doing 3 of the 10 min. Trainers the last couple of days and I'm really SORE! LOL! Especially in my inner thighs. I love the cardio one where you use the belt and the band...that really gets my heart rate up. I also really like the ab workout and think it's right up there with Tony's other great ab workouts. I've also done Lowerbody and Totalbody. These are light weight workouts, but pack a punch in 10 min. They only use the band for resistance. But, so far, they all bring in a great cardio effect. I wish I had the deluxe workouts, darnit!

Dh smoked a Pork Butt overnight and just brought it in the house! OMG! it smells good. Guess we'll be having some pulled pork sandwiches for dinner. He's already searching for a coleslaw recipe to accompany it. (insert lip licking smiley)

WTH? How stupid that we didn't get some cool smileys with this new forum. Can't do any fun advanced stuff either. It's even more basic than before. Can't put in quick avatars without sizing them etc. Very disappointed in that.:(

Another stupid thing is that when you post, the thread doesn't go up to the top. ??

Dallys, I haven't tried the avatar yet. I did have to hunt for our check in too. I thought Cathe said something about still working on the avatar set up. Somet things are not working perfectly yet. The pork sounds good. We just took the grandchildren out to lunch after school at one of my favorite barbecue places called Steve's Rib. I always get a salad with smoked turkey on it and put bbq sauce and some ranch on it. It is yoummy. What's up with children?? They got chicken crunchers LOL We took them to a steak house a week ago and they chose spaghetti:0 Those 10 minute trainers sound pretty good. I might need to get something like that for when I travel.
 
Diane Sue- LOL about what the kids order when eating out. I was one of those kids and didn't get why I always got the "look" from the adults. I'd order those little boxes of cereal at a famous breakfast restraunt etc. The 10 min. trainers are perfect for traveling (except I don't know how you'd do the cardio in the trailer, you don't need tons of room, but enough to stretch the band for tension) and for add-ons. They are also great stacking them together. Good stuff. At least I think so.:)
 
I actually have done Kickboxing in the trailer. We have a popout and when we chose this one I was looking for one with space to workout in. It is not huge but I can do it or modify a little. I was the kid that wanted lobster dinner when we went out to eat. Pancakes with chocolate and lots of whipped cream:D
 
Oh cool, I finally managed to get logged on. yay! Sunday's workout was the push/pull upper body premix of Muscle Max and then ab section one from Amy's Abs and Stretch. hope everyone had a good night. I wanted to do some yoga, too, but didn't have time. sigh. so hard to fit everything in!
