I did my workout later today. I went and picked up my grandson first this a.m.. I started with Lauren Brooks Kettlebell sculpting workout volume 3 lower body emphasis with the w/up, 19 min, 90 calories. I then did URX-MT kickbox metabolic intervals with Amy Bento, 53 minutes, 417 calories, avg hr 137, max hr 167. I followed with Abs Circuits Pilates based abs, 18:48 min, 60 calories. Finished with Shiva Rea's Power Yoga Flow water core and namaska mandala segments 21 min 73 calories. Workout was 1 hr 52 min and calories burned was 640.
